Why did the Canada Geese cross the road?

in Feathered Friends4 days ago (edited)

For summer vibes at the beach, of course. Everyone's chill with friends and family, as you can see. ☀️😎

We have a large population of Canada geese, and they cohabit the beaches with humans. So, they're usually not aggressive and tolerate others being around them. Some of them stay only during the warm season and fly off to find warmer places come winter. Others are resident birds and stay all year round. They cover a lot of range and 12 subspecies have been identified (Bird, 2016). Their wingspan is around 4-5.5 feet and are fairly hefty.
