Whenever I want to observe seagulls I visit this spot. More or less every day throughout the day you can see many seagulls doing all kinds of things ... drinking sea water, taking bath in the water or just relaxing on the sun.
If you have ever wondered, if seagulls can drink salty water, the answer is YES, THEY CAN. They have built-in body some sort of desalination filers, which enable them to drink seawater and eat various animals from the sea, which also have high level of salt in their bodies (e.g. various fish, crabs, squid).
The weather yesterrday was great, so I was able to make couple of shots of them. Hope you guys in the community like seagulls and birds in general, just I like do. Till next time ... have a great Wednesday.

This is an interesting fact about the seagulls and their ability to drink sea water.
They are quite an amazing birds, annoying but still can surprise us. 😀
