@angiemitchell did an inspiring post of birds found around the house, and I accepted the challenge to see how many birds I could find in my house. There are quite a few and as I am writing this I am thinking of several more that I forgot to take pictures of.

In my old house... lots of birds. This house.. zero.
I have a watercolor of a rooster, and a cast-iron rooster.

Funny that I don't consider myself a collector. Many of them have been gifts over the years from people who know I like birds. When I got to looking around to take pictures for this post I was rather surprised at how many there were.
