They are a pesky, complex phenomenon too, on workdays they seem to make time go at half speed so a 12 hour shift feels more like 24. Days away from work run at x3 speed, but it all equals out aat the end of the day ((or should that figure of speech end with week?)) because the week passes at supersonic speed and the year, well all I will say is don't blink or you will miss it!
Good to see you Mel, I have sincerely missed you, just completed my longest, most challenging run of shift cycles of the year. I should be around again a lot more now, till March when the madness begins again till the end of UK Summer.
