Namaste!
Once again I am here to participate in this Feathered Friend Contest with my below average bird photography! ✌️
It was yesterday evening when I saw a bird with a long neck on a small tree in the park. At first glance, I did not pay any attention to it but then I felt that there was something strange about it. You know how bad I am at taking pictures of birds but still, I slowly walked towards it and took some pictures with my phone and then I realized that this bird was really big.
You see how long its head is, after seeing this I got more excited to see the rest of its body so I started going closer to it with small steps because firstly it was about 50 feet away from me and also it was sitting on a branch behind the leaves.
But like every time, this time too, before I could reach the bird, it flew away from there. I don't know why these birds don't sit comfortably at one place.
So obviously I failed again. I can't say for sure which bird it is but it might be a wild duck. But whatever it is, I will keep trying to do better bird photography because failing is not wrong but giving up is. :)

Good morning dear friend @untilwelearn
What a beautiful bird, I love its elegant appearance.
Beautiful shots, I appreciate you sharing with us
Have a great weekend
Thank you friend. I just tried and failed again because bird photography is not an easy thing. But thanks for your comment and a great weekend to you too!
I am not sure what birds you have there, but if I saw that bird here I would guess that it is an egret.
I think you're right! Just googled EGRET, it looks quite similar to the one I saw. :) Thank you for helping me again and also thank you for this curation! 🤗
Thank you for appreciating it!😊🙏🏼
Looks like your adventure of photographing this unknown bird wasn't similar to the photography of the butterfly in your garden. Anyway, it's nice to know about your excitement.
Yeah I don't know why these birds do not sit comfortably at one place whereas this butterfly gave me enough time to take great photos. Thank you for your comment brother!
It is not easy to make a photo of a bird, but you did well. Looks like egret to me, but can't say for sure.
Thank you again for joining the #SMaP!
