We have a new place. Both for my Harris's hawk and for me too. Today two of my friends moved the aviary a little bit more far away from the community place. This place will be more calm. Both for my Harris's hawk and for me too. Because it is more quiet. The people often make parties in/around the community place.
Currently there is a sunshade and a rag above the aviary to put it in the shadows. The sun sun is very hot. Soon there will be other, more proper things to make shadows for it.
I already transported most of my stuff (clothes, shoes, slippers, sandals, backpacks) to the new place. My tent is still in the previous place.
We plan to extend the aviary in the left direction. Probably we will make it higher too. We plan to install a second door too, with a lock. Currently the aviary has only one door with a slide lock. I will have to spend a few hundred Euros on it to make it better and bigger. I will do this in the next months.
Either today or tomorrow we will move my tent to this place. It will be on the right side on the photo below. So my tent will be next to the aviary.
My tent is still in its previous place. I still use the same Quechua tent, which I use since 2023.12.02. So I am using it for a half a year now (this is my sixth month in it). I slept in it almost every day since we installed it, so it is in continuous use. And it is still standing in good condition. It is durable. It was worth to buy.

She is already in the shadows. She has fresh, cold, clear water in a bowl in her aviary. I regularly (multiple times per day) check her water. Soon I will put some kind of tray too into the aviary to make it easier to clean.
