The house has electricity as well, so you won't have heating problem in the winter.

Heating with electricity would be very expensive. Probably there will be fire (wood) heater in the winter, for example an improved cookstove. But the house need doors, and the holes in the wall need to be fixed, before we could heat the house (or at least the room, in which we are in).

If I will have any updates, then I will write about it.
