Hello friends of Hive, today I bring you a DS game that has helped me pass the time while the power goes out. I remember not being very good at it, unlike my sister. I remember thinking, when she downloaded it, "I don't understand why it's so hard for me and so easy for my sister." I say this because she doesn't have much experience playing games, but she totally surpassed me in this one. Anyway, I ended up deleting it. So let's move on to the review.
Picross 3D is a puzzle game that is a bit different from the usual, as here we will be presented with a giant block that is sectioned off by smaller blocks, each of which has numbers with specific meanings. We will have to break these blocks with numbers. For example, if a block has the number zero in a row, there should be no blocks, but if the block has the number one, there should only be one block. It sounds simple, but really when you come across different numbers, which can intersect, it becomes a bit more complicated, as we need to be very careful about which block to break.

Something that will make things easier for us are the tools they provide us, which we can use either with the DS stylus or with the A and X buttons. These tools are a brush and a hammer. The brush will help us visualize which blocks we should not break and deduce which block or blocks will remain intact.
In addition to the brush, we will have the hammer, which, as you can imagine, is used to break the different blocks and reveal the final figure. I must mention that we won't break everything randomly, as we can only fail 5 times in the game. Adding to these tools, we can also count two kinds of diamonds that will help us move through the layers of the block in order to draw each block with more detail. When we reach this limit, we will have to start over. In addition to this, we will have a time limit, which will be represented by a clock with different colors: green, yellow, and red, just like a traffic light.

By doing it within the green range, we will receive a higher rating. The highest would be three stars, which are obtained by not failing any block and doing it within the green range. These stars will be used to unlock exclusive figures, as to do this, we must achieve a certain number of stars in the level.
Picross 3D has a large number of levels and a large number of figures, which makes this game quite long to complete, that is, you will have many blocks to break. This allows you to spend hours discovering new figures. I must say that playing it on an emulator is a bit stressful because you can accidentally break a block that you don't want, that is, you have less precision, but it is still playable. However, the game is quite repetitive, it's not something that really makes me want to play when I have free time. It's more to pass the time, but if you like puzzle games, you can try Picross 3D.

Hola amigos de Hive, hoy les traigo un juego de DS que me ha ayudado a pasar el tiempo mientras se me va la luz. Recuerdo no ser nada bueno en este, a diferencia de mi hermana. Recuerdo pensar, cuando ella lo descargó, "no entiendo por qué se me hace tan difícil y a mi hermana más fácil". Digo esto porque ella no tiene mucha experiencia jugando juegos, pero en este me superó totalmente. En fin, al final lo borré. Así que vamos con la reseña.
Picross 3D es un juego de puzzle un poco diferente a lo habitual, ya que aquí nos presentarán un bloque gigante que está seccionado por bloques más pequeños, los cuales tienen números con un significado específico. Dichos bloques, que tienen un número, deberemos romperlos. Es decir, si un bloque tiene el número cero en esa hilera, no debería haber ningún bloque, pero si el bloque tiene el número uno, solo deberá haber un solo bloque. Suena sencillo, pero realmente cuando te encuentras con diferentes números, los cuales pueden interceptarse, se vuelve un poco más complicado, ya que deberemos tener mucho cuidado en qué bloque romper.

Algo que nos facilitará las cosas son las herramientas que nos proporcionan, las cuales podemos usar ya sea con la cruz del DS o con los botones A y X. Dichas herramientas son una brocha y un martillo. La brocha nos ayudará a visualizar de mejor forma qué bloques no debemos romper y a deducir cuál sería el bloque o la cantidad de bloques que quedarán intactos.
Además de la brocha, tendremos el martillo, el cual, como se imaginarán, servirá para romper los distintos bloques y poder descubrir la figura final. Debo mencionar que no vamos a romper todo a lo loco, ya que solo podemos fallar 5 veces en el juego. Añadiendo a estas herramientas podremos contar también como dos especies de diamante los cuales nos ayudaran a movernos por las capas del bloque para así dibujar con mas detalle cada bloque. Al llegar a este límite, deberemos empezar de nuevo. Además de esto, tendremos un tiempo límite, el cual será representado por un reloj con diferentes colores: verde, amarillo y rojo, al igual que un semáforo.

Al hacerlo en el rango del verde, nos darán una mejor calificación. La más alta sería tres estrellas, las cuales se obtienen no fallando ningún bloque y haciéndolo en el rango verde. Estas estrellas nos servirán para desbloquear figuras exclusivas, ya que para hacer esto, deberemos cumplir con una cantidad determinada de estrellas en el nivel.
Picross 3D tiene una gran cantidad de niveles y una gran cantidad de figuras, lo que hace que este juego sea bastante largo de completar, es decir, vas a tener muchos bloques que romper. Esto hace que puedas estar horas descubriendo nuevas figuras. Debo decir que realmente jugarlo en emulador es un poco estresante, porque sin querer puedes romper un bloque que no quieres, es decir, tienes menos precisión, pero aun así es jugable. Eso sí, el juego es bastante repetitivo, no es algo que me provoque mucho jugar cuando tengo luz. Es más para matar un rato el tiempo, pero si te gustan los juegos de puzzles, puedes probar Picross 3D.

No soy de este tipo de puzzles, pero debo admitir que visualmente está muy bonito.
Si visualmente es bastante bonito, se podría decir como estilo pixel art. Tampoco diría que soy mucho de este tipo de juegos en contrario a mi hermana que si le gustan bastante, solo lo probé ya que me gusta hacerlo con todo tipo de juegos. Gracias por tu comentario <3
