Me quedé a la espera de recibir el controlador para Linux que el vendedor se comprometió a enviarme por correo. Lo recibí, pero no logré instalarlo. Visité la página web de Comfast y descargué un controlador para Linux más antiguo que el que me envió el vendedor. Tampoco pude instalarlo. Pasé todo un fin de semana probando con tres ordenadores y dos sistemas operativos, Linux Mint y Debian. Al final, revisando la información técnica del controlador, vi que el kernel que tenía era más nuevo que el que aceptaba el controlador.
In my previous post about the wireless USB network card I bought on Aliexpress, you can see it here. I waited to receive the Linux driver that the seller promised to send me by email. I received it, but I couldn't install it. I visited Comfast's website and downloaded an older Linux driver than the one the seller sent me. I couldn't install that one either. I spent an entire weekend trying it on three computers with two operating systems, Linux Mint and Debian. Finally, after reviewing the driver's technical information, I saw that the kernel I had was newer than the one the driver supported.
Ya había comprado al mismo vendedor otra antena Wi-Fi que instalé en Linux Mint sin ningún problema ni controlador adicional. Le comenté esto mismo al vendedor y me propuso el envío del mismo modelo de antena que la que ya tenía sin coste alguno. La diferencia de precio entre una y otra era de 2 €, así que acepté la propuesta. La recibí hace dos días. El primer envoltorio estaba un poco desgastado por el viaje, pero no se veía ningún desperfecto en la caja.
I had already purchased another Wi-Fi antenna from the same seller, which I installed on Linux Mint without any issues or additional drivers. I mentioned this to the seller, and they offered to send me the same model of antenna that I already had at no extra cost. The price difference between the two was €2, so I accepted the offer. I received it two days ago. The outer packaging was a bit worn from the trip, but I couldn't see any damage to the box.

Como la otra vez, solo tuve que conextarla y enseguida la detectó el sitema. Introduje la clave y se conectó al momento.
Like last time, I just had to connect it and it was immediately detected by the system. I entered the password and it connected instantly.
Tendré que cambiar la antena de sitio ya que la señal es débil, pero de momento problema resuelto. Más de un mes desde que pedí la primera antena pero al final muy contento con el servicio de atención al cliente por parte del vendedor.
I will have to relocate the antenna as the signal is weak, but so far problem solved. More than a month since I ordered the first antenna but in the end very happy with the customer service from the seller.
