You are right, the current technology is used in different niches, but I had not seen it with something so innovative on the subject of training, the good thing about this is that you would already have a personal trainer at the time you want.
Something that I see as a negative point with respect to a common punching bag, is the mobility, in some cases the movement that is generated at the time of hitting the bag can be an extra point for the user who is training, but it is only something more personal than necessary.
I like the idea of the projectors on the wall, to be able to see the metrics of our training, I like it, but its price range is very high.
If you were to ask me, I'd go with the old-fashioned punching bag a thousand times over. Although I would like to try this one, which is very interesting and entertaining.
