Description from Strava: @running and Strava2hive. A much cooler morning for an easy zone 2 30-minute run, progress is slow, but at least there is some.
I am into my 3rd week of zone 2 and it is definitely getting easy to keep in zone 2. I have improved my average pace from 10 to 9 to 8:30 per kilometre so far. I am hoping to get it under 7 before I start adding some harder workouts again.
The slower pace has meant my weekly mileage has dropped off but this zone 2 definitely keeps me more accountable than ever before.
