If you can't make alterations through settings, join the Ecency Help Community, & make a post asking how to change the profile picture of your community. I'm not sure myself since I'm not a admin of a group. If you use ecency via desktop or via the app, click/tap your profile picture, & then look for "settings".

Are you talking about changing the community profile picture for your community, if so, I don't see the Paraguayan flag on it, or are you talking about finding your community credentials?
It's curious, but using other fronted, the icon is visible, using PeaK it's right, but I don't know why in ecency is not showing it.
I can confirm that the paraguayan flag is on both Peakd & Ecency. I think changes take time to be in full effect on all hive platforms.
