Family is what we have that cannot be exchanged for anything; love is what we always put first in our family. As we grow each day, family is the only thing that stays with you. Whether you’re at your worst or succeeding,.
This is a day in my life that I am really looking forward to because we will be spending time with my family. My aunts had already made plans to get together, including staying in a hotel, visiting a mall, dining at a fancy restaurant, and—most importantly—watching movies. At that moment, we were ecstatic.
Excitement caused us to wake up early in the morning. We were all getting ready, gathering the items we would need to stay at a hotel with my family. And there’s more: one of my closest friends, Justine, is joining us in our family bond. It increased my happiness and excitement for our future activities as well as the time we can spend together. We haven't spent time doing stuff like this together in a long time. We left our house when we were all set.
When we got to Anjo World Theme Park, we had to purchase a bus fair ticket before we could board the bus going to SM Cebu. We can't stop getting excited as we wait for the bus.
Justine and I decided to visit Robinsons near the bus waiting area since we were becoming thirsty while we were waiting.
Together, we were strolling and snapping photos. When the bus finally arrived, we eagerly walked up and took our selected seats. My family and I, as well as Justine, fell asleep during the ride.
We arrived at SM Cebu safely after a lengthy ride. My aunt made the decision to head to the hotel first with her husband. They told us to head immediately to the mall and wait for them, and they brought the things that were supposed to be left at the hotel. We were all starving when they arrived, so we decided to eat before heading to the cinema to purchase tickets.
We chose to eat at Marugame Udon, a Japanese restaurant. Me and Justine both got pork tonkatsu. It was really good at first, but by the time we were almost finished, I no longer felt like eating it—possibly because I was already full.
Following our delectable dinner, we took another stroll to let our food to settle. We stroll until we reach the cinema. Since the Rewind movie is the most well-liked by all, that is what we are going to watch. We would like to purchase a ticket for the 8 PM show, but regrettably, due to high demand, it is sold out. There is just 10 PM left to use. My grandmother is with us, and it's not ideal for her to sleep late, so we didn't get the 10 PM ticket. My aunts both chose to purchase the 11 AM ticket for tomorrow rather than the 10 PM ticket.
Since we are unable to view the movie even though we are eager to watch it, we have settled down and will instead be buying food for tomorrow at the SM supermarket. Not only did we get some basic essentials like body soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, but we also bought quick-to-cook items like hotdogs and instant noodles. After making all of the necessary payments and purchasing the meals, we made our way to the hotel.
After checking into the hotel, we organized everything we had brought with us, including the groceries we had purchased for the cabins. After that, we watch the movie Money Heist. That is a movie that I know you are all familiar with because it is a well watched film.
My brother, Justine, and I were the only ones awake after the movie when my grandmother and aunts decided to go to bed early. My brother was still playing while Justine and I were unable to fall asleep.
We decided to learn some dance trends, songs to lip sync, and take some videos. We did the getting unready with us video at the bathroom and had some what we call "chika," (HAHAHAHAHHAHA😂) and we bonded really well that night.
Until the night fell deeper, we decided to go to sleep.
They turned down the air conditioner when we were awakened the following morning by its extreme cold. When we wake up, it's too early—it's almost five in the morning. We fell asleep again.
We make our meals once we are fully conscious. While the instant cup noodles are being microwaved, my aunt cooks the hotdogs. Since I am not aware that the noodles could be microwaved, this is actually my first time doing so. My stomach is content once more after we cook and dine together. We had intended to swim at the pool, however sadly it's closed☹️️. We regretfully return to our room because, although we are eager to go swimming, it is planned for pool maintenance.
Instead, we just took a shower. We prepare ourselves by doing our own hair, makeup, and other necessary preparations because the movie is scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
We go to SM Cebu Cinema to watch the movie once we're all set. We purchase some popcorn and other food beforehand so we can enjoy the movie.
We had a great time watching the movie, which ended tragically. We can't control our emotions when it comes to family matters, which is why we are all crying during the entire movie. All of our eyes are swollen after watching the movie, especially Justine who cried the most (HAHAHAHAHAHHA🥲).
The movie truly strikes our hearts, so we can't go on. There are a lot of valuable life lessons in this excellent movie. I’ve learned so many things, like that life is shorter than you think. Never take things for granted. Appreciate what’s right in front of you, and do it while you still have a chance. You can only see the value of that person once you lose them. Forgive, always choose to forgive.
Always have quality time with your family, because in real life, there is no REWIND. So cherish your family so much more than anything before it’s too late.
After watching a movie, my aunt decided to go buy some clothes for my brother. She also bought me a pair of shoes as a belated Christmas present. When we are all done, we decide to head back to the hotel and get our things. We finally going home. It’s been a long journey.
As you can see, family time is really important. Your family is the only thing that can truly bring you happiness. Have the utmost love for your family. Make them feel special in every way you can since, in the end, your family is the only thing you have in your life, joyful or sad.
As I draw to a close, let us never forget that supporting one another is what will always make us stronger.

That's true Ma'am @amishu supporting each other makes us stronger. That's what siblings or family should be. We might have some arguments with our siblings sometimes, but at the end of the day, we help and support each other.
