Hi, Hive community! Here’s a little recap of my night. My mom was visiting the city, and we wanted to introduce her to our not-so-new friends. So, we planned something simple yet perfect: a homemade dinner and a game night.
I was supposed to make the Chinese rice (minor detail—I had never made one before), but our neighbors' uncle ended up taking over the kitchen. No complaints here, it turned out delicious! For dessert, his specialty: an amazing lemon pie.
After dinner, we brought out the cards and started a game of Uno, which, between laughter and shouting, lasted until the early hours of the morning. (Even Kyoto's best dog friend wanted to join the game 🤣, while Kyoto himself was too tired to play and decided to sleep instead.) It was one of those nights where time flies, and good company means everything.
In the end, more than just an introduction, it was the perfect excuse to create memories we’ll cherish for a long time.

Una noche de arroz chino, pie de limón y muchas risas
Holis comunidad de Hive, contando por aquí un poco de mi noche. Mi mamá estaba de visita en la ciudad, y queríamos presentarle a nuestros no tan nuevos amigos. Así que armamos un plan sencillo pero perfecto: una cena casera y una noche de juegos.
Se suponía que yo haría el arroz chino(se me olvidaba el pequeño detalle de que nunca había hecho uno), pero el tío de nuestros amigos vecinos terminó tomando el mando en la cocina. No me quejo, quedó delicioso. Para el postre, su especialidad: un increíble pie de limón.
Después de la cena, sacamos las cartas y comenzamos una partida de Uno que, entre risas y gritos, se alargó hasta la madrugada (Incluso el mejor amigo perruno de Kyoto quiso ser parte de la partida 🤣 por su parte Kyoto ya estaba muy cansado para jugar y decidió mejor dormir). Fue una de esas noches en las que el tiempo pasa volando y la compañía lo es todo.
Al final, más que una presentación, fue la excusa perfecta para compartir momentos que seguro recordaremos por mucho tiempo.
