Hola amigos, hoy quería hablar sobre esta experiencia sobre este día, algo que me da el gusto de expresarles ante ustedes sobre este gran día, algo que de verdad extrañe mucho, ya que son personas, compañeros y amigos que compartimos un periodo de tiempo largo en cocina, cuando nos preparamos para lograr la experiencia y ser chef profesionales y bueno, luego dese hace dos años, no nos volvimos a ver y hoy fue el día para compartir y bueno, aquí nos dejó una sección de fotos con la historia a contar para el baúl de los recuerdos de mi vida.
Esto ocurrió un día antes de navidad, cosa que nosotros logramos decidir ya que nosotros de por si somos que décimos y decimos y no hacemos nada y bueno hoy después de dos años pudimos por fin quedar de acuerdo y que todos pudieran asistir y eso es lo que alegra bastante, el poder y disfrutar de estas amistades que nos topamos en nuestro camino. Para hacer algo ese día teníamos claros que íbamos hacer si o si un amigo secreto, pero en este caso lo queríamos hacer algo más peculiar y más chistoso, dando un regalo menos de 1$ y cómica. En este caso todos nos pusimos de acuerdo y dónde podíamos disfrutar de la compañía. Pues logramos buscar un buen sitio en la mañana dónde es el momento indicado para tener el espacio y disfrutar sin alguna complicaciones sobre la dinámica.
Yo ese día salí a cargar la moto de combustible a lo lejos de donde es el lugar y de dónde vivo, imagínate, yo llendo a la lejura por cargar combustible, pero bueno, se logro dar el esfuerzo. Ese día le hice el favor a un compañero de darle la cola para que no tuviera complicaciones de ir y así todos poder llegar a "buena hora" y lo pongo entre comillas porque nunca es así jajaja.
Pudimos llegar al lugar que por cierto es una gran panadería que muchos les han gustado ir y pues nos pareció buen lugar. Llegamos a tener uns merienda mañanera en dónde pedimos cafés, frappés, pasteles de hojaldres y pare de contar, con le hecho de poder compartir y charlar un buen rato y eso mientras esperábamos a dos compañeros que estaban un poco atrasados jeje. Pero se pudo lograr llegar y disfrutar del compartir. Dentro de estas charlas, se logró tomar fotos, videos y momentos chistosos y aquí es evidencia de ellas.
Luego de hablar de todo, de recordar momentos icónicos en nuestra carrera, momentos de risas, tristes y de cualquier motivo, se llegó el amigo secreto, se logró hacer el sorteo de quien regala a quien y bueno, aquí para cuando sabemos quien regala a quien, se debería describir a la persona por algún momento, apodo o motivo que se fácil de adivinar a la persona. Y bueno así fue la dinámica, unos regalaron pulseras, galletas, hasta que se llegó una lata de pasta de tomate, una merengada de chicha, y bueno, aquí empezamos a reírnos mucho y captar evidencia; por ejemplo me tocó dar unas burbujas de 1$ y a mi me dieron lo menos esperado y es un bombillo blanco de los comercios chinos.
Al final se logró dar y de poder disfrutar de este reencuentro que anhelaba mucho poder volver, son personas que marcaron una etapa de mi vida y se quedaran en mi vida, en dónde logramos pasar por lo que pasamos, y poder trabajar por lo que queríamos, fue algo muy bonito de obtener y aquí estamos volviendo a dar ese reencuentro después de dos años sin vernos como solíamos.

Hello friends, today I wanted to talk about this experience on this day, something that gives me the pleasure of expressing to you about this great day, something that I truly missed a lot, since you are people, colleagues and friends with whom we shared a long period of time in the kitchen, when we prepared to achieve the experience and become professional chefs and well, then two years ago, we did not see each other again and today was the day to share and well, here I leave you a section of photos with the story to tell for the trunk of memories of my life.
This happened the day before Christmas, something that we decided to do, since we are the kind of people who say and say nothing, and well, today, after two years, we were finally able to agree and everyone could attend, and that is what makes us very happy, being able to enjoy these friendships that we meet along the way. To do something that day, we were clear that we were going to do a secret friend, yes or yes, but in this case we wanted to do something more peculiar and funnier, giving a gift of less than $1 and comical. In this case, we all agreed and where we could enjoy the company. Well, we managed to find a good place in the morning where it is the right time to have the space and enjoy without any complications about the dynamics.
That day I went out to fill up the motorcycle with fuel far away from where the place is and where I live, imagine, I go to the farthest distance to fill up with fuel, but well, the effort was made. That day I did a friend the favor of giving him a ride so that he wouldn't have any complications getting there and so everyone could arrive on time, and I put that in quotes because it's never like that hahaha.
We were able to get to the place, which by the way is a great bakery that many have liked to go to and it seemed like a good place. We ended up having a morning snack where we ordered coffees, frappés, puff pastries and so on, with the intention of being able to share and chat for a while and that while we waited for two colleagues who were a little late hehe. But we were able to get there and enjoy the sharing. Within these talks, we were able to take photos, videos and funny moments and here is evidence of them.
After talking about everything, remembering iconic moments in our careers, moments of laughter, sadness and any other reason, the secret friend arrived, we managed to do the draw of who gives to whom and well, here we know who gives to whom, the person should be described by some moment, nickname or reason that makes it easy to guess the person. And well that's how the dynamic went, some gave away bracelets, cookies, until a can of tomato paste, a chicha milkshake arrived, and well, here we started to laugh a lot and collect evidence; for example, I had to give some bubbles for $1 and they gave me the least expected thing and it's a white light bulb from the Chinese stores.
In the end, it was possible and I was able to enjoy this reunion that I longed for so much, they are people who marked a stage in my life and will stay in my life, where we managed to go through what we went through, and to be able to work for what we wanted, it was something very nice to obtain and here we are returning to have that reunion after two years without seeing each other as we used to.
