Vamos a caminar y así hacemos algo de ejercicio!!, fueron las palabras que le mencioné a mi esposa quien no se encontraba tan animada, y cual era la razón?.
Pues generalmente en la zona donde estamos ubicados actualmente el sol es abrasivo,así mismo amigos , es sumamente fuerte.
Así que cuando se piensa en salir a caminar a eso de las 4 de la tarde lo primero que se viene a nuestra cabeza es ! Pero con ese sol??.

Eso fue justamente lo que había pasado con mi esposa, al pensar en que el sol estaría fuerte eso no la animaba a acompañarme a caminar.
Sin embargo la sorpresa fue cuando le dije que viniera a ver el clima, estaba perfecto para salir a caminar, el sol estaba oculto y el día fresco y con mucha brisa. Siendo así, ella se arregló y se preparó para salir a caminar conmigo.
That was exactly what had happened with my wife, thinking that the sun would be strong that did not encourage her to accompany me for a walk.
However, the surprise was when I told her to come and see the weather, it was perfect to go for a walk, the sun was hidden and the day was cool and breezy. That being so, she got all dressed up and prepared to go for a walk with me.
Esto es de hecho algunas de las metas que tenemos planeado, salir a caminar por lo menos una vez a la semana , eso para empezar, después se sumaran otros días . Mientras tanto vamos a ver cómo nos va con un solo día a la semana. Aunque lo ideal sería todos los días, pero la verdad hay otras ocupaciones que nos mantienen ocupados y no nos permite salir a caminar con mucha frecuencia.
Bien , volviendo al punto de la caminata que daríamos , les comento que todo estaba como a mi esposa le gusta no había mucho sol, el clima agradable, pensamos por un momento que de pronto caerían algunas gotas de agua pero no, solo se mantendría el dia con un tono grisáceo.
This is actually some of the goals we have planned, to go for a walk at least once a week, that's for starters, then other days will follow. Well, returning to the point of the walk that we would take, I tell you that everything was as my wife likes, there was not much sun, the weather was nice, we thought for a moment that suddenly some drops of water would fall but no, the day would only remain with a grayish tone.
Mientras caminábamos miramos el cielo a cada rato para ver si en realidad quería llover y pues ni modo , suspender la caminata. Pero el día por lo menos en esos momentos se portó bien, permitiéndonos hacer un poco de ejercicio.
A la caminata se anexaba la conversación y risas, agilizamos el paso un poco, corrimos nos detuvimos y así íbamos, la pasamos muy bien no podemos quejarnos.
Vale la pena volver a intentar y caminar .😁

While we were walking we looked at the sky every now and then to see if it really wanted to rain and then, no way, to suspend the walk. But at least the day was fine, allowing us to get some exercise.
The walk was accompanied by conversation and laughter, we sped up the pace a bit, we ran, we stopped and so we went, we had a great time, we can't complain.
It's worth to try again and walk 😁.

I haven't done exercising with my family in a while but I already made a plan a few days ago. So, hoping all of them would be present when the time comes. It's really nice reading your experience and I hope you have an awesome week.
Between so many chores it is understandable that sometimes the time goes by when you don't do some exercise, but I think that if we set aside a moment for it we will make it.I hope the plan comes to fruition and you can have a great time exercising with the family @macchiata .
