Greetings continuing with the post of the family reunion in Carupano Edo. Sucre Venezuela.
The new day arrived, after breakfast we decided to go to a nearby beach called Patilla beach. So, since we were already experts, the 8 of us accommodated ourselves as best we could inside the kamio and we went to the desired beach.
Saludos continuando con el post del reencuentro familiar en Carupano Edi Sucre Venezuela. Llego el nuevo día después de desayunar, decidimos irnos para una playa cercana llamada playa patilla. Así que bueno como ya estábamos expertos nos acomodamos los 8 como pudimos dentro de la kamio y nos fuimos para la deseada playa.
As it was a weekday and on these vacations it seems that the influx of tourists was nil for these parts, we had the beach practically to ourselves. We located a coconut palm tree and settled down.
The king star was shining, on the beach the boys playing around joking having fun all those cousins without caring about the age difference.
Como era día de semana y en estas vacaciones pareciera que la afluencia de turistas fue nula para estos lares, la playa la teníamos prácticamente para nosotros solos. Ubicamos un palmera de Coco y nos acomodamos. El astro rey estaba refulgente, en la playa los muchachos jugueteando bromeando divirtiéndose todos esos primos sin importarle la diferencia de edades.
In the palm tree my wife with her mother trying at all times to spend as much time as possible with her, making this beach moment a catharsis, the mother-in-law had not gone to the beach for a long time and the last times she did, her late husband.
En la palmera mi esposa con su Mamá tratando en todo momento de compartir con ella el mayor tiempo posible, haciendo de este momento de playa una catarsis, la suegra tenia muchísimo tiempo sin ir a la playa y las últimas veces que lo hizo la acompaño su difunto esposo.
I was happy to see my daughters and my wife enjoying themselves and having a good time. Suddenly the breeze began to blow and I realized that the palm tree was loaded with coconuts so we had to move a little because it is better to be safe than sorry.
The hours passed quickly and the afternoon was approaching and hunger was making an appearance in the whole group. We gathered our things and left.
Yo me sentía contento de ver a mis hijas y a mi esposa disfrutando y pasándola bien. De pronto empezó a soplar brisas y es que percato que la palmera estaba cargada de Cocos así que nos tocó movernos un poco por aquello de que más vale prevenir que lamentar. Las horas transcurrieron rápidamente ya la tarde se acercaba y el hambre estaba haciendo acto de presencia en todo el grupo. Recogimos nuestras cosas y nos marchamos.
When we were coming back we ran into the brother-in-law who was going to meet us in his car, hidden in his car was my wife's sister who had come by bus from Puerto la Cruz to visit her mother and look for her children who were already several days old. With the grandmother it was a very, very emotional moment for the mother-in-law and for my sister-in-law's little daughter. Well, now if the whole family was there, the mother-in-law had her three children at home, each one with their family on their faces, you could see them the emotion. When we got home we decided to go the next day to the Balneario los Cocoteros de Cariaco.
Cuando veníamos de regreso nos cruzamos con el cuñado que iba a encontrase con nosotros dentro de su carro escondida estaba la hermana de mi esposa que había venido en autobús desde Puerto la Cruz a visitar a su mamá y a buscar a sus hijos que ya tenían varios días con la abuela fue un momento bastante, bastante emotivo para la suegra y para la hijita de mi cuñada.Bueno, ahora si estaba la familia completa la suegra tenía en su casa a sus tres hijos cada uno con su familia en el rostro se le observaba la emoción. Al llegar a casa decidimos ir el día siguiente para el Balneario los Cocoteros de Cariaco.
It was already around 8:00 am that day when we started towards Los Cocoteros and after 45 kilometers we were at the site, which was spectacular. The place was for us alone, so we haggled at the entrance, it's always good to do a bit of haggling, we got the price of $1 at the BCV rate, something like 8bs per person.
Ya eran como las 8:00 am de ese día cuando arrancamos hacia los Cocoteros y después de 45 kilómetros estábamos en el sitio el cual estaba espectacular. El lugar estaba para nosotros solos asi que regateamos en la entrada siempre es bueno hacer un poco de regateo logramos el precio de 1$ a tasa del BCV algo asi como 8bs por personas.
The place was very nice, my family had been there for a short time but the mother-in-law told us that she was over 15 years old and had not come to Los Cocoteros, perhaps it was not a very good decision because she went back to the time when she often came with her late husband noticed her a little melancholy. But with the passing of the day and the enjoyment his temperament improved, there is definitely nothing better for the spirit than sharing with the family.
El lugar estaba muy bonito, mi familia tenía muy poco tiempo de haber estado ahí pero la suegra nos dijo que tena más de 15 años que no venía a los Cocoteros quizás no fue muy buena decisión porque ella se remontó a los tiempo cuando venía seguido con su difunto esposo la note un poco melancólica. Pero con el transcurso del día y el disfrute su temperamento fue mejorando, definitivamente no hay nada mejor para el espíritu que compartir con la familia.
Everyone was enjoying the place, the youngest playing with the adults in the preparation of the sangria drinks and during the meal, in short, a very good atmosphere. So the hours went by until we all left happy and in harmony.
Todos estaban disfrutando del lugar, los más chicos jugueteando los adultos en la preparación de los tragos de sangría y en la comida en fin un ambiente muy bueno. Así fueron transcurriendo la horas hasta que nos marchamos todos contentos alegres y en armonía.
Our penultimate day enjoying with the Mother-in-law and the nature that surrounds her house. We decided to have our lunch under a loquat. We prepared everything and the assistants sat down under the Nispero, the soft breeze whispered its harmonious melody among the leaves, in the distance the song of the Guacharaca that always sings in the morning but today made us happy with its song at noon.
Nuestro penúltimo día disfrutando con la Suegra y de la naturaleza que circunda su casa. Decidimos hacer nuestro almuerzo debajo de un níspero. Preparamos todo y nos sentamos los asistentes debajo del Níspero la brisa suave susurraba su armoniosa melodía entre la hojas, en la distancias el canto de la Guacharaca que siempre canta en las mañanas pero hoy nos alegró con su canto en hora del mediodía.
What a good meal that fish stew accompanied by banana fried rice and DIVINE salad very rich.
Que buena comida ese guisado de pescado acompañado de cambur frito arroz y ensalada DIVINO muy rico.
The day of departure arrived, with hugs and long faces, we said goodbye to the Mother-in-law and in the afternoon we were in Cumaná. On the trip we promised to go soon to accompany the mother-in-law and spend a few days with her.
Llego el día de la partida ente abrazos y caras largas nos despedimos de la Suegra ya en horas de la tarde estábamos en Cumaná. En el viaje nos prometimos ir pronto para acompañar a la suegra y pasar unos días con ella.

Looks like that's a place worth visiting, but the true value is family. Nothing is better than having a good time with family.
I agree with you, the family is the most important thing, especially if tolerance, harmony and peace reign in it. Thanks for your comment.
