En momentos...dejamos de pasar un tiempo al aire libre,en familia, porque uno cree, que es necesario hacer un viaje al lugar mas caro, mas deseado, también que debemos llegar y parecer los más elegante o asalariados del mismo.>
debido a ese pensamiento, se cae en monotonía , rutina,y nada de eso, es bueno para nadie, salga ,respire aire fresco,cambie la vista por un rato, sonría.
