Hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad que apoya la unidad familiar, quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia que tuve recientemente y se trata del proyecto de mi hermana y una amiga muy especial que es como mi hermana también.
Ellas estudiaron juntas cocinero profesional por casi dls años y gracias a Dios lograron culminar su carrera, como todos sabemos todas las profesiones requieren de la tesis para ser aprobadas.
En el transcurso de la carrera me converti en una desgustadora oficial de todo lo que ellas preparaban y de verdad todo me encantaba, así que adivinen quien no lo pensó para ir a su proyecto Jajaja por supuesto que yo, enseguida me anote.
La academia hizo el evento en Araira todo quedó espectacular ya que era un restaurante al aire libre y el camino para allá muy montañoso un clima muy agradable Fresco, la verdad pasamos una tarde muy linda en familia, yo fui con mi mamá, mi hermana una prima, una amiga y mi hija mayor.
Cuando llegó el momento de degustación las presentaciones eran en porciones pequeñas porque eran varios platos y postres, bebidas diferentes, entonces todo fue muy bien calculado para que disfrutáramos de todo un poco.
El plato de mi hermana y mi amiga fueron unos de los más resaltados en cuanto a sabores, colores e innovación fueron muy creativos y estaban divinos.
Me sentí muy orgullosa de verlas ahí tan felices y llenas de tanta seguridad me encanta la confianza que adquirieron en ellas mismas para demostrarse que si podían y que por encima de muchos obstáculos y pruebas ellas vencieron y hoy día tenemos dos Cocineras Profesionales.

They studied professional cooking together for almost two years and thank God they managed to complete their degree, as we all know all professions require a thesis to be approved.
Over the course of the race I became an official taster of everything they prepared and I really loved everything, so guess who didn't think about going to their project Hahaha of course I signed up right away.
The academy held the event in Araira, everything was spectacular since it was an open-air restaurant and the road there was very mountainous, the weather was very pleasant. Cool, the truth is we had a very nice afternoon as a family, I went with my mother, my sister a cousin, a friend and my oldest daughter.
When the time came for the tasting, the presentations were in small portions because there were several dishes and desserts, different drinks, so everything was very well calculated so that we could enjoy everything a little.
My sister and my friend's dish were one of the most outstanding in terms of flavors, colors and innovation, they were very creative and were divine.
I felt very proud to see them there so happy and full of so much security. I love the confidence they acquired in themselves to show that they could and that over many obstacles and tests they overcame and today we have two Professional Cooks.
