I also took the opportunity to cook something different for my cousins Lyan and Mathias who asked me for some empanadas a few days ago, they behave very well so I told them I was going to please them! Here I leave you my recipe to make the best empanadas
ingredients 🧑🏻🍳
3 large potatoes
1 small oil
2/4 of cheese
-Butter
-Half flour
-salt and sugar.
Preparation🥟
To begin, I washed and cut the papaya into 4 pieces, then I cooked it for 40 minutes. Once the potatoes were ready, I put them in a cup and removed the shell, then crushed them and added a tablespoon of butter and 2/4 of cheese 🧀 With the puree ready, I proceeded to make the dough for the empanadas. I only added bread to the flour, a pinch of salt and half a tablespoon of sugar. I added a little water until I had the perfect consistency. careful! I took advantage of the fact that there was a little chicken left over from lunch and added it. Fry for 5 minutes on each side and that's it!

Está noche decidí hacer la cena yo, y así mi prima descansa de papel de mamá y duerme un poco más! También aproveche para cocinarles algo diferente a mis primos Lyan y Mathias que hacen días me pidieron unas empanaditas, ellos se portan muy bien así dije que los Hiba a complacer! Aquí les dejo mi receta de hacer la mejores empanadas

3 Papas grandes
1 aceite pequeño
2/4 de queso
-Mantequilla
-Media harina
-sal y azúcar.
Preparación🥟
Para comenzar lave y corte en 4 pastes la papá, luego la puse a cocinar por 40 min. Ya lista las papas las pase a una taza y quite la concha, seguido aplaste y agregué una cucharada de mantequilla y 2/4 de queso 🧀 ya con el puré listo procedí a hacer la masa de las empanadas solo añadí a la harina pan, una pizca de sal y media cucharada de azúcar, fui agregando un poco de agua hasta tener la consistencia perfecta, seguido de esto dividí en bolitas y con ayuda de una bolsa fui Armando las empanadas justo como está en la imagen, con mucho cuidado! Yo aproveche que quedó un poco de pollo del almuerzo y le agregué. Pase a freír durante 5 min de lado y lado y listo!
Mis gorditos disfrutaron mucho de su cena y ya que me sobró bastante les prepare para llevar de desayunar a la escuela 🥰 espero les guste un montón y se animen a probarlas🌻 saludos ❤️
