Today my day has been quite active, doing many things, including organizing the tour that leaves tomorrow for the town of Borojó in Falcón, so the logistics have been active 🔥 but here I am to share with you a little of what my course in the area was like first aid which they dictated to us as a means of training for our work so without saying more I will start.
Hola mi comunidad bonita 🌟 ¿Cómo están? Hoy mi día ha sido bastantes activo haciendo muchas cosas entre ellas organizar el tour que sale mañana con destino al pueblo de Borojó en falcón así que la logística estado activa 🔥 pero aquí estoy para compartir contigo un poco de lo que fue mi curso en el área de primeros auxilios la cual nos dictaron como medio de capacitación para nuestro trabajo así que sin hablar más daré inicio.
The first aid course was given by Dixon in a civil prevention and disaster management bathrobe by the Maracaibo mayor's office, it lasted 3 days from 8 am to 4 pm, thus obtaining a certificate.
The course was given in the apartment of my bosses with all the equipment such as TV, laptop, flash drive and a fully complete first aid kit, it was very comfortable this way.
El curso de primeros auxilios fue dictado por Dixon albornoz de prevención civil y administración de desastres por parte de la alcaldía de Maracaibo tuvo una duración de 3 días de 8 am a 4 pm obteniendo de esta manera un certificado.
El curso fue dictado en el apartamento de mis jefes contando con todos los implementos como tv, laptop, pendrive y kit de primeros auxilios completo totalmente, fue muy cómodo de esta manera.
The schedule of the course was basically or the end, manage terminology regarding first aid, recognize emergency situations, apply first aid in a safe, timely and effective manner, among others, since the main objective of first aid is to apply measures in a immediately to prevent further damage.
They told us the different areas where to locate the pulse, how to take blood pressure, how to handle situations with people who have hypertension, diabetes, seizures, among others, and above all, the main thing to keep calm.
El cronograma del curso básicamente era o el fin, manejar terminología con respecto a primeros auxilios, reconocer situaciones de emergencia, aplicar dichos primeros auxilios de manera segura oportuna y eficaz entre otros más ya que el objetivo principal de los primeros auxilios es aplicar medidas de forma inmediata para así evitar mayores daños.
Nos indicaron las diferentes zonas de dónde ubicar el pulso como tomar la presión arterial, como manejar situaciónes ante personas que presenten Hipertensión, diabetes, convulsiones entre otras y sobretodo lo principal que ante todo mantener la calma.
One of the most outstanding points of the course has been the situations faced with heart attacks, choking, fractures, wounds, bleeding and many more. They have taught us important maneuvers to understand and master, such as CPR, which is vital in the event of a heart attack or other emergency situations.
A very important issue is also the immobilization of the patient in the event of a fracture and that there are different points, for example: fracture, dislocations and sprains, which is vital for us because we do a lot of hiking and trekking.
Uno de los puntos del curso más resaltante han sido las situaciones ante infartos, atragantamientos, fracturas, heridas, hemorragias y muchas más. Nos han enseñado maniobras importantes a entenderlas y dominarlas como el rcp el cuál es vital ante un infarto u otras situaciones de emergencia.
Un tema muy importante también es la inmovilización del paciente ante una fractura y que existen diferentes puntos ejemplo: fractura, luxaciones y esguince lo cual es vital para nosotros debido a que realizamos mucho senderismo y trekking.
The truth is that the course was very important, it had valuable information, in my old job I was also in a first aid course but the truth is that this seemed much more complete in terms of information.
It should be noted that knowing this does not imply that we are doctors, we can simply facilitate some situations, therefore we are not authorized to prescribe any patient.
La verdad el curso fue muy importante tuvo información valiosa, en mi antiguo trabajo también estuve en un curso de primeros auxilios pero la verdad este me pareció mucho más completo en cuanto a información.
Cabe destacar que saber esto no implica que seamos doctores, simplemente podemos facilitar algunas situaciones por lo tanto no estamos autorizados a recetar a algún paciente.

This seems like a great idea experience. I work with a nonprofit that provides access to health in remote communities and this seems like a great initiative. Learning first aid skills such as CPR does come in handy and would save lives.
