On the other hand, in the older restaurants the staff takes care of themselves and they try to form a permanent team where they end up being your family.
We arrived and when we wanted to get in there were a lot of people at the door so we had to wait and get on the list. After 10 minutes we were entering. I wanted to order a fish and there was cod as the dish of the day so we asked for that but there wasn't any so we ended up settling for something simpler. We ordered viteltone and fries. That was more than enough.
But, I was really craving for dessert so I ordered an Argentinean classic. Flan with dulce de leche, irresistible. This kind of places are characterized by having big plates where everything is always to be shared between 2 or 3 people. For that reason it is very common to see people leaving the place with bags of take-out food.
This time only the dessert was left over so we didn't take anything with us. I ate so much that he sent me straight to sleep for a nap.

Ir a comer afuera siempre es un buen plan. Pero cuando voy con ella es mucho mejor. Es una gran abuela, amiga y confidente. Ella es una loca linda aventurera que se anima a casi todo.
Hoy le escribí para ir a comer a su casa y jugar cartas un rato para después seguir trabajando pero me cambió los planes. Cuando llegue me dijo de ir a comer a uno de los bodegones que siempre quiere ir.
En este lugar se cocina comida típica bien casera.
Este lugar tiene la particularidad de ser un restaurante que tiene 93 años de antigüedad. Algo para destacar de estos lugares es que sus mozos son personas que tienen muchísimos años trabajando allí, esto es a destacar, porque en los más modernos el personal rota todo el tiempo. En cambio en los restaurantes más antiguos el personal se cuida e intentan formar equipo permanente en donde termina siendo tu familia.
Llegamos y cuando quisimos entrar estaba lleno de gente en la puerta así que tuvimos que esperar y anotarnos en la lista. A los 10 minutos estábamos entrando. Yo quería pedirme un pescado y había bacalao como plato del día así que pedimos eso pero no había así que terminamos resolviendo más simple. Pedimos vitel tone y papas fritas. La verdad con eso fue más que suficiente.
Peeeeero, yo estaba muy antojado de comer postre así que pedí un clásico argentino. Flan con dulce de leche, irresistible. Este tipo de lugares se caracteriza por tener platos grandes en donde todo es para compartir entre 2 o 3 personas siempre. Por ese motivo es muy común ver salir comensales del local con bolsas con las sobras de comida para llevar.
Esta vez solo sobro el postre así que no nos llevamos nada. Comí tanto que me mandó a dormir directo por una siesta.
Durante el almuerzo programamos el próximo viaje asique van a tener novedades en breve.
