Primera comunión de mi prima/My cousin's first communion.

Saludos para toda esta hermosa comunidad, después de un tiempo me encuentro nuevamente publicando en este maravilloso espacio para compartir un momento especial con todos ustedes.

Greetings to all this beautiful community, after a while I find myself again posting in this wonderful space to share a special moment with all of you.

El pasado 10 de junio del año en curso mi prima Doriangel realizó una de las ceremonias más importantes de toda niña como fue su primera comunión.

On the 10th of June this year my cousin Doriangel made one of the most important ceremonies for every little girl, her first communion.

Ese momento fue muy emotivo, ya que se reunió a varios familiares y amigos que comparten nuestras creencias para acompañarla en ese significativo acto.

This was a very emotional moment, as several family members and friends who share our beliefs gathered to accompany her in this significant act.

La preparación previa se realizó a través de una formación de catequesis, dónde les enseñan el significado de recibir este sacramento y las normas de la iglesia y en el cual la catequista les da a escoger uno de los vestidos que fueron donados a la iglesia para ser usados, aminorando un poco los gastos que tendrán los padres para adquirirlos como un elemento importante para la primera comunión, los padres de mi prima solo se encargaron de las flores para su peinado, medias, zapatos y la vela que llevaría la niña en su mano para ser encendida por el Cirio Pascual, recibiendo allí la luz de Cristo que representa la guía que los iluminará en sus pasos hacia la vida eterna, asumiendo el compromiso de ser ellos también, una luz en el mundo.

The previous preparation was done through a catechesis training, where they are taught the meaning of receiving this sacrament and the rules of the church and in which the catechist gives them to choose one of the dresses that were donated to the church to be used, reducing a little the expenses that the parents will have to acquire them as an important element for the first communion, my cousin's parents only took care of the flowers for her hairstyle, stockings, shoes and the candle that the girl would carry in her hand to be lit by the Paschal Candle, receiving there the light of Christ that represents the guide that will illuminate them in their steps towards eternal life, assuming the commitment to be them too, a light in the world.

Cabe acotar que durante la ceremonia se acercó una de las madres asistentes y le toma una fotografía a la niña, en dónde le susurra que se siente muy emocionada, ya que ella uso ese mismo vestido el día de su primera comunión y que le traía recuerdos muy bonitos a la vez que le da las gracias por que hubiese escogido ese mismo, que ella había donado a la iglesia.

It should be noted that during the ceremony one of the mothers approached the girl and took a photograph of her, in which she whispered that she felt very emotional, as she had worn the same dress on the day of her first communion and that it brought back very beautiful memories, while thanking her for having chosen the same dress, which she had donated to the church.

Durante la ceremonia la niña fue seleccionada para realizar diferentes lecturas como lo fue el salmo responsorial, mensajes y la entrega de detalles a las catequista. Esta etapa es muy importante acompañarlos y guiarlos para su primer encuentro con Dios, ya que representa un momento muy profundo en sus vidas.

During the ceremony the girl was selected to perform different readings such as the responsorial psalm, messages and the delivery of details to the catechists. This stage is very important to accompany and guide them for their first encounter with God, as it represents a very profound moment in their lives.
