Good day everyone. Hope everyone is in good condition.
It's almost 5:oo in the afternoon, time to go home. We were about to off from work when our colleague invited us for dinner. They are celebrating his daughter's 6th birthday and held at Camp Paradisio.
LET'S GO
I rode my motorbike to go to the venue. I am with my friend from another department.
This is the seaside park of Tabogon where kids and adults can play, sit and relax while enjoying the scenic view of the ocean.
This is our trail going to the venue. A single-lane road that only 1 vehicle vehicle can pass. If ever you will meet another vehicle on the opposite side, one should make a way and go backwards.
The Entrance
Welcome to Camp Paradisio, which is located at Barangay Camoboan, Tabogon, Cebu.
How to Get Here
🚍 From Cebu City you ride a bus going to Poblacion, Toboggan it will take 3-4 hours to travel time depending on the traffic situation
🛵 When you embark on the bus, a lot of motorcycles (habal-habal) await you and ask if you want to ride.
🛵 Ask the driver to bring you to Camp Paradisio Resort the fare will depend on your agreement with the driver.
The resort has its pool rules. We have to follow these rules to avoid any untoward incidents. They also have different activities such as:
🛶 kayaking
🛶 stand paddle
🛶 pedal boat
Island Hoping
⛵ Capitancillo Island
⛵ Kalanggaman Island
⛵ Banyan Spring Resort
What's Inside
Overlooking the view of the river that serves as the boundary of Barangay Camoboan and Barangay Salag of this municipality.
Very high stairs with about 100 steps more or less (I lost count) that will make you catch your breath upon reaching the top.
While climbing the stairs, you can stop and catch your breath for a minute. There's a huge chessboard where you can touch and play with these huge chess pieces.
There are cottages or huts around the area. You can choose what style you want and the amount will depend on the size of the cabins.
You can enjoy this view upon reaching the top and while catching your breath. The kids are lucky today because there's no other guest on the resort but their family. The resort has more guests during weekends so it is better to book here on weekdays so you can enjoy the whole place. You can relax and rest in these very peaceful surroundings.
Let's Attack
So, let's attack the table. They prepared roasted pig (the very popular lechon). There are other viands and hanging rice. These will not be missing on any occasion.
While waiting for my turn to grab my dinner, I enjoyed the beauty of the place and the overlooking ocean. There are trapezes aligned together and you can rent it if you want to stay here overnight.
Eating dinner facing the rising moon. A very relaxing ambience, quiet surroundings and friends around you. Not only your stomach will be full but your soul too. Such a wonderful feeling.
While the host caters to their other guest, we found a perfect spot to settle.
On any occasion, a drinking session won't be skipped. It makes us stay for a while to have a chat with friends. Talking about anything and gossiping sometimes (😆).
We talked about a lot of things while being amazed by this beautiful scenery. I just can't help myself staring at the majestic moon with its light reflection at the sea.
I decided to go to the back portion of the venue and my surprise there was something in there. I was stunned by the bright light of the moon so I sat down for a moment and stared at it. I just realised the beauty of the moonlight and that I got tipsy already hahaha. So I decided to go home already, as I have always said to myself always leave a little space (there) to reach home safely.

Must go there mam, a very relaxing place for the whole family and if you want to swim in the sea you can just go down.
