Hello there my lovely hivers!!! I'm back again sharing another life story of mine. This was our high school day, and it's my first time joining like this. I was coerced by our teacher since no one in our class would participate. I am in 11th grade, and not so confident with my physical features.
Coincidentally, my cousin also had to represent their section, so before the event we were finding a gown to wear on our high school day. We travelled so far searching for a gown, and we found out that there was a store renting a gown in our nearby town.
We spent all day finding a far away and just finding one nearby, we deep sigh because we didn't ask our parents where we would find a gown to rent and it was just affordable, it cost P500.
TADA, this is the gown that we rent, it was so cute right? This event was all about money, if you had a lot of money, you could be the winner. However, I had only a small budget, so I ended up as the 6th runner-up.
My brother and I both represent our section, and it was so expensive renting the suit and the gown.
This was my partner, he's one of the friends of my brother. My mother talked to me and I said, I was the only participant that had a simple makeup. I just replied to her, it's not about the makeup but the presence of mine was crucial.
My classmate does my make up for me to save since it costs P500.
Remember that, for you to learn new experiences, you have to step out of your comfort zone. At first it felt uncomfortable, but as you reflect on the challenges you've faced, it has shaped who you are today.
What a wonderful experience, to wear this pretty gown and represent your section. You look so pretty in ✨🤗
Such a wonderful experience. Lucky that you've got to experience that and step out on your comfort zone.
Reading this make some remember my high school days
