Maravilloso y bendecido fin de semana, me complace compartir una vez más con ustedes en esta maravillosa comunidad dedicada a la familia y los amigos, que amenos son esos momentos que uno disfruta junto a su familia, en esta oportunidad les voy a comentar sobre la tradición familiar que hacemos los primeros días de enero el cual llamamos Chocolatada, un momento para compartir y disfrutar de una buena taza de chocolate caliente acompañado está vez con Sandwich de jamón y queso amarillo.
Wonderful and blessed weekend, I am pleased to share once again with you in this wonderful community dedicated to family and friends, how nice are those moments that you enjoy with your family, this time I will tell you about the family tradition that we do the first days of January which we call Chocolatada, a time to share and enjoy a good cup of hot chocolate accompanied this time with ham and yellow cheese sandwich.
Para esta pequeña reunión decidimos hacerla nuevamente en el apartamento de mi hermano y familia, ya que mi cuñada estaba de reposo postoperatorio; llegamos a la cita a eso de las 6:00 de la tarde llevamos los sandwiches que preparamos en casa y el chocolate quedó a cargo de mi sobrina.
For this small meeting we decided to do it again at my brother and family's apartment, since my sister-in-law was resting after surgery; we arrived at the appointment at about 6:00 in the afternoon, we brought the sandwiches we prepared at home and my niece was in charge of the chocolate.
Mientras charlabamos y se hacía el chocolate, mi hermano nos brindó una tacita de café y un pasapalo (crema de ajo y pan) estaba tan bueno el café y como somos adictos a él repetimos.
While we were chatting and the chocolate was being made, my brother offered us a cup of coffee and a pasapalo (garlic cream and bread) the coffee was so good and as we are addicted to it we repeated.
When the chocolate was ready I served it and my sister handed out the sandwiches to go with it, my niece received a lot of compliments because the chocolate was very tasty and we were all satisfied.
Y así transcurrió el resto de la noche recordando y hablando de nuestras anécdotas y cuentos tanto como del presentes como del pasado, como siempre les digo que buenos y gratos son estas pequeñas reuniones con la familia siempre hay que aprovechar al máximo de estos encuentros y pasarla genial.
And so the rest of the night went by remembering and talking about our anecdotes and stories both from the present and the past, as I always tell you how good and pleasant these small meetings with the family are, you always have to make the most of these encounters and have a great time.
