Savoring the Night

Good day, my dear Hivers!

@itsmemic , once again. It’s been a while since I last posted a blog—I’ve just been really busy with schoolwork. But luckily, my workload has lessened, and yes, here I am again, back with another blog!

This time, my blog is all about our family dinner at Bogo Pantaland. Usually, every Monday and Wednesday, my parents together with my brother pick up me and my sister from school since my sister’s classes end late.

Before, we used to eat at the market, just buying boochi and eating it in the car. But this time, we had our dinner at Pantaland. My mom even brought rice, plates, plastic gloves, and more... So all we had to buy there was barbecue.

When we arrived, as expected, the wind was strong at Pantaland. We parked on the far end of the space. Fortunately, the tide was not too high, and we were not splashed by the waves.

It was also fortunate that during this night is not sprinkling, as it had been raining heavily lately.

We then started preparing everything we needed so we could start eating. After saying our prayer, we all looked for places to sit.

We’ve actually been planning to buy foldable chairs and tables, but since we don’t have them yet, some of us just sat by the sides of Pantaland, where it was comfortable. My brother, on the other hand, chose to sit inside the car—he said his spot was perfect.

By the way, my mother already bought some barbecue and the vendor also included some sauce and even gave my mom a lot of chili's. Without hesitation, my mom took them since most of us love spicy sauce.

She also bought two bottles of soft drinks, but only my family drank them since I’m not really into soft drinks.

After dinner, we took lots of pictures, taking turns posing with my siblings. Meanwhile, my parents took a stroll along Pantaland, enjoying the cold breeze.

Right after our little photoshoot, of course, I didn’t forget to take shots of the beautiful night view at Pantaland. Isn’t it stunning? I thought so too!

And here’s my shadow—though I don’t look very tall in the pictures. I took so many shots, trying to find the best angle to make myself look taller, but it just didn’t work. Maybe next time, I’ll try again.

Out on the sea, we noticed a boat staying in one place. My sister asked my dad what the colorful changing lights on the boat were for. He simply said they were just lights for illumination. My sister then replied, “Ahh.”

And that’s all for this blog, my dear Hivers! It feels so good to share another memory of mine here. I hope you all enjoyed reading!
