Have you ever been part of something that just makes you feel empowered and inspired 😊 That is exactly how I felt after attending Phase 1 of our Leadership Training Seminar last November 10th,2024.It was an amazing experience filled with learning, teamwork and a whole lot of fun!

This seminar was extra special because it brought together youth chapel leaders from all over Naga City,Cebu. We were all gathered under the umbrella of the Naga Parish Youth Coordinating Council (Naga PYCC) and we are ready to learn and grow together. It was awesome to connect with other young people who share the same passion for serving
our community.

One of the coolest parts of the seminar was the team building session. We were divided into groups and guess what 🥰,

My group decided to call ourselves the Purple Team because, well, some of my groupmates love the color purple💜 I even got to design our team flag which was a blast!

We also played this super fun game where we had to choose different roles within our team for example each one of us will be the president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. It was like forming our own mini-government and guess who got to be the president 👋 Yours truly haha 🤣.

The game itself was a real test of teamwork and coordination because we had to carry each other in a specific order starting with the president which is me then the vice president and so on.The announcer will going to call the specific roles in which the one who carry and the one to be carried. It was a hilarious and challenging at the same time but we managed to pull it off.

The seminar was not just about games and activities. We also had some amazing talks and discussions about leadership principles, communication skills and how to make a positive impact in our communities. It was truly inspiring to learn from experienced leaders and share ideas with fellow youth leaders.
