He was my first born child, I gave birth to him 10 years ago, and now he turns 10. He is the main reason why my life changed forever. Some people say that my life ended when I have him but actually it has just begun, because he created me a new one. Happy birthday to this young man. Mama loves you so dearly 🥹.
I always told him that, I was so sorry for creating him unprepared and before I had it all together. I am so sorry that he had to go through some struggles with me as I built our future , but just know that no matter what happens I will always be there for him and I'm trying my best to improve myself so I can give them a good life soon.
May 30, this is the date that a blessing that was sent from above wasreceived by me, through the birth of of a bouncing baby boy. And I named him VINCELEIGH JHEXXX JOKER R.FLORES. I named her after the combinations of my parents names , mine and my partner.
After my recognition day I went home straight because it was also my son's birthday . But before that, my husband went home first because he was going to cooked some recipes for my son's birthday. Then I went home seeing him preparing the recipes for his menu with tanduay select on his front and vibing music playing on the side.
He is preparing the big pan for his pancit specialty. In every birthday, pancit will always be the first in line among the other menus. As a Filipino, we believed that pancit symbolizes long life and the toppings symbolizes good fortune, aside from its easy to cook. So serving pancit at every birthday is a way of of praying for long life and fortune to the celebrant.
I came home feeling so hungry and everyone is still preparing the food, since we don't have food that is ready to consume, we decided to eat in one of the food stores at our place (CRISPY KING). Their chicken are affordable, at just only forty pesos for the big slice of chicken. If you will buy some rice it will cost 12 pesos per serving. So over all, you will have to pay 52 pesos if you also will purchase rice.
Since my money is limited, so I bring some rice there so I don't have to purchase . I bring an amount of it that would be enough for 3 people, because my father and my sister go with me. Actually we pay our own food. I put the rice in a plastic, that was the only available container I get when I look for something where I can put my rice. Anyway it's comfy to bring with and I can throw it in the bins when we are done using it.
When we arrived there, there were lots of people inside, waiting for their turn to buy. They are gathered here because it was the end of the recognition day and its almost 12 in the afternoon and was already time for lunch,and everybody are all hungry so do I.
Just take a look at these hungry looking students, waiting for their food to be serve .
There are lots of people outside waiting because the food can't accommodate them all. What I mean is, when the chickens are cooked it will be sold out and have to be cooked for more and there are lots of people still waiting and I am one of them.
After almost an hour of waiting our food was served. But they run out of gravy and we are served only sauce. We don't mind it anyway, we eat till we are full.
We came home to help my husband prepare for my son's birthday celebration. Then my sister gift my son a head pig. I asked her how much she bought and and she replied 500 pesos. At first I was shocked, because I thought it was expensive and not worth the price, but they told me that the price was already lower because the seller gave them a discount. They said that pig head are really expensive and I was wrong on my thoughts.
My brother decided to roast it (inasal na ulo sa baboy). I told them that it is time consuming and spinning it for hours are too tiresome. But they said it was okay, and they will still go for it. He and my cousins take turns on spinning.
The cake that my gay sister bought melted and my sister decided to let my son blow it so we could consume it and not go to wast. We sing a happy birthday to him.
His sister and cousin wants to blow the candle also, so I let them and they are happy. Kids happiness is too shallow 😅.
At 5 in the late afternoon our roasted pig head was already cooked. So we get the foods that my husband cooked and put them on the table.

Our menu was too few and so simple, and it was mostly sponsored by my family. But everyone who have been there gets full.
As I've always stated,as a Filipino, a celebration would not end without alcoholic beverages and a videoke.
When the alcohol had effects on their brain, it brought happiness in my companions and they started to dance. Scientifically, when a certain person consumes alcohol, it can result in the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward. So we can really say that when drunk people dances it's because alcohol effects on their brain.
My cousin was not contented with dancing, he now becomes a singer and does a singing concert 🤣. He really feels like he was good at singing when actually he was not 🤣.
My kids and their cousin entertain us all with their jolly dance.
100 percent alcohol full on the brain, everyone is dancing. My partner's cousin sing some good music and others are dancing their best .Our nights become lovely because of them. I was just around the corner watching them as they are having fun and taking them pictures.
My son's birthday ends with a lot of fun and drunks individuals. Eventhough we host a low budget celebration but everyone who has been there is having a great fun. I think it is because my visitors can relate to or understand our state of living and they are such a good companions to be with.
