Hello hive friends!! Does the essence of summer fill your heart with joy? I guess it did. As of today let me share my summer adventure with you guys it may be short but I hope this will fit to your tastes. So, Grab your virtual towels as I tour you on a wonderful place in Northern Cebu. 🍒
There was a place that we always visited whenever we felt like swimming this place was a public beach at Anapog, San Remigio. So if you want to chill and unwind without worrying about heavy expenses try this beautiful and amazing place.
Yesterday when the sun was at its highest we decided to go there, we packed our stuff and set off right away. We used two motorcycles to go to Anapog and it takes 1 hour for us to travel since it is far from our place. Before we went to the said place we stopped at Tambongon Public Market to buy some food for us to bring.
After buying everything we need we continue riding our motorcycles for about 15-20 minutes because we are not near yet.
A few minutes later we arrived at our destination. The calmness of the waves and the gentle breeze always left me mesmerized, the gentle sound of waves and the vastness of the ocean creates a sense of tranquillity and the white sand, small rocks, and tiny seashells were amazing as always.
We stayed under an acacia tree as it shades us by the hotness of the sun. We arranged our things and the foods that we bought at the market. By the way we bought roasted chicken and Lato (sea grapes) for our lunch and Junkfoods and bread for our snacks. We also bought rice, Softdrinks, banana, and mango.
While the boys are preparing for our lunch, we girls snapped some photos of ourselves and the beach as well for a memorable summer vacay.

After eating we decided to swim right away and ofcourse another snapping of photos hehe.
We stayed and had fun until 5:00pm and we decided to go home because one of our motorcycles had no headlight. Unexpectedly when we were travelling the motorcycle that we used had its tires flat. So, we walked until we found a repair shop also known in our visayan dialect as a vulcanizing shop where motorcycles were repaired.
Minutes passed and the tires were fully repaired and we hurriedly went home because it's getting late. We encountered some minor problems along the way but luckily we arrived safely.
Our travel lasts for only 6 hours approximately but the laughter, memories, and the good times we spent together was for a lifetime. I knew that this summer at the beach had bought us a bond that will never be broken, by blood or not we will always have special places in our hearts.
