One of our colleagues at work was leaving and as is tradition, it was decided to bid him farewell with some “completos” (not Chilean dogs). We all love “completos”, so the idea was very well received by everyone in the office. The ingredients of the “completos” are normally: tomato, mashed avocado and mayonnaise. To these we add hot bell pepper, as some of us like it very spicy. I also like mustard, but there wasn't any, so we just added the mayonnaise and the rest of the ingredients. We put the sausages on the sandwich plate, so in the end, everything was perfect.

Uno de nuestros compañeros del trabajo se iba y como es tradición, se decidió hacerle una despedida con unos “completos” (not dogs chilenos). A todos nos gustan los completos, por lo que la idea fue muy bien recibida por todos en la oficina. Los ingredientes de los completos son normalmente: tomate, aguacate triturado y mayonesa. A estos les agregamos ají picante, ya que a algunos nos gusta mucho el picante. La mostaza también me gusta, pero no había, así que solo le colocamos la mayonesa y el resto de los ingredientes. Las salchichas las pusimos en la plancha de sándwiches, así que al final, todo quedó perfecto.
