It is a conference space specifically used for meetings etc located in Calbayog City around 15 mins from where I live. Actually a lot of people that have online tech jobs / teaching use it. Its pretty cool in there, its got aircon, decent WIFI and Coffee available. Sometimes my bar is too noisy so we can come here to concentrate.
