Arriving at the Bus Terminal
On this day, we planned on having a get together but I have a plus one. I bring my friend Kent since he doesn't have something to do also, ge wants to join me and my squad from highschool. They don't have a problem hanging out since they're all energetic and shared the same vibes hahahaha I found it funny how they got to know one other. It was a bright and sunny morning when my friends and I decided to spend the day at SM Seaside City Cebu. Coming from Liloan and Compostela, we first met at the bus terminal near SM Cebu. The terminal was busy as always, with people rushing to catch their rides. We bought our tickets for the MyBus, a comfortable and air-conditioned bus that would take us to SM Seaside. The ride was smooth, and we couldn’t help but feel excited about the day ahead.
A Hearty Meal at Jollibee
When we arrived at SM Seaside, the first thing we all agreed on was to eat. We headed straight to Jollibee, a favorite spot for many Filipinos. The familiar smell of fried chicken and burgers greeted us as we entered. We ordered our meals, found a cozy table, and began to dig in.
As we ate, we couldn’t stop laughing at each other’s jokes and stories. It was moments like these that reminded us of how fun it was to be together. We talked about our plans for the day and even shared funny memories from our past hangouts. Our laughter must have been loud because people around us glanced our way, but we didn’t mind.
Exploring the Mall
After finishing our meal, we decided to walk around the mall. SM Seaside is huge, and there’s always something interesting to see. As we wandered, we made a quick stop at the comfort room. We joked about how fancy it looked compared to the ones we were used to back home.
Walking through the different sections of the mall, we admired the shops and displays. Some of us peeked into clothing stores while others got distracted by tech gadgets on display. We weren’t really there to shop, but just being together and exploring was already fun.
Fun at the Arcade and Photo Machine
Our next stop was the playing station. I honestly forgot its name, but it didn’t matter. The bright lights and loud game sounds were enough to pull us in. Some of my friends couldn’t resist the arcade games and immediately started playing.
While they were busy, I decided to do something else with two of my friends. We found a photo machine nearby that looked super interesting. The machine took our picture, and after a few moments, it drew us! The results made us laugh so much because the drawings didn’t look exactly like us, but they were still cute. We kept the printed drawings as souvenirs of the day.
Meanwhile, the others were still having a blast at the arcade. They were competing with each other, trying to get the highest scores. Every now and then, they would call us to watch them play, and we cheered them on.
We also got to sing at the KTV because everyone loves to sing. There voices was so angelic that they may join ang TV show about singing hahahaha.
Enjoying the Sky Park
As the day went on, we decided to go to the Sky Park. It’s one of the best spots in SM Seaside, with a great view of the city and the ocean. The cool breeze and open space made it the perfect place to relax.
We sat on the grass and talked about anything and everything. Someone brought up funny stories from our childhood, and soon, we were all laughing again. We also took lots of pictures, trying to capture every moment. Some of the photos were silly, with funny poses, while others were more serious, showing the beautiful view behind us.
Before we left, we all agreed that this was the highlight of our day. The Sky Park was peaceful, and it gave us time to just enjoy each other’s company without the distractions of the mall.
Heading Home
As the sun began to set, we knew it was time to head back. We returned to the bus terminal, still chatting and laughing. The ride home was quieter, though, as we were all a bit tired from the day’s activities.
It was a simple day, but it was filled with moments we’ll never forget. Spending time with friends, sharing laughter, and creating memories are what made it special. SM Seaside City Cebu gave us a perfect place to bond and enjoy ourselves. We promised each other that we’d do it again soon, maybe with even more friends joining us.
That day wasn’t just about the places we went to or the activities we did—it was about being together. And that’s what made it unforgettable.
