Today I am pleased to share with you the vegetable and fruit shopping I did last weekend with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law Nadeska. We like to visit the Mercasa supermarket because it is large and has a great variety of groceries and the vegetables and fruits are always fresh, although I confess that sometimes I go to the popular markets that also get fresh everything, but with my mother-in-law we can not go to those places, it is too hot.
This time we only came for vegetables and fruits, so we only visited this area, we did not visit other aisles of the supermarket, my sister-in-law and I helped me to choose the nicest and freshest vegetables, she is an elderly lady and can not make more effort, but she still feels able to go shopping, she told us what she needed and how much she wanted and we were placing it in the cart, meanwhile my husband was in charge of weighing everything so that it was labeled with the price.
My mother in law takes a rigorous diet to take care of her health, she can not eat certain foods, I take home, melon, patilla, guava, potatoes, pumpkin, bell pepper, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, long onion among other houses.

Bendecido Jueves para todos mis queridos amigos de Hive, espero se encuentren bien y hayan disfrutado de este maravilloso día.
Hoy me es grato compartir con ustedes, las compras de verduras y frutas que hice el fin de semana pasado junto a mi suegra y cuñada Nadeska. Nos gusta visitar el supermercado Mercasa porque es amplio y tiene gran variedad de víveres y las verduras y frutas siempre están frescas, aunque les confieso que aveces voy a los mercados populares que también consigo fresco todo, pero con mi suegra no podemos ir a esos lugares, hace mucho calor.
Esta vez solo veníamos por verduras y frutas, así que nada mas visitamos esta área, no pasamos a visitar otros pasillos del supermercado mi cuñada y yo ayudamos a mi para escoger los vegetales más bonitos y frescos, ella, es una señora de la tercera edad y no puede hacer mayor esfuerzo, pero todavía se siente en capacidad para ir de compras, ella nos decía que necesitaba y la cantidad quería y lo íbamos colocando en el carrito, mientras tanto mi esposo se encargo de pesar todo para que fue etiquetado con el precio.
Mi suegra lleva una dieta riguroso para cuidar de su salud, no puede comer ciertos alimentos, llevo a casa, melon, patilla, guayaba, papas, auyama, pimentón, coliflor, calabacin zanahorias, cebolla larga entre otras casas.
