Every time we go to a grocery store, my son, Ryzen, always gets attracted by the bright, contrasting, and rapidly flashing lights at the Fun Nation. He won't go home if he doesn't get inside and play.
It's an amusement center where you can play by buying some tokens.
You can find Karaoke booths, basketball arcade games, kiddie rides, and many more.
And, of course, as supportive parents, we will allow him, especially if we're not in a hurry. Who would not get excited and enjoy this kind of place? Even we adults got entertained.
This Sunday, as we enter the Fun Nation, we can hear the sound of balls thrown, bouncing, and being shot into the buckets. The children are screaming and laughing, showing they're enjoying what they're doing.
However, Ryzen immediately roams around, trying to click the buttons as if he knew how to play and control it. He's already enjoying just doing that.
But because we want him to experience how it works, we let him play.
I bought some tokens, and we tried the "Magic drop".
It's a game where you need to catch the balls through the buckets to win tickets. You need to control the large wheel to move the basket depending on the color of the ball.
As the game started, I didn't anticipate how the ball dropped so fast. Actually, this game doesn't suit Ryzen's speed. So not to waste the token and fun, I'm the one who enjoys and controls it. 😅
And after playing it twice, we've got some tickets as a reward.
It can be exchanged into different toys and things. But because it requires a minimum of 40 tickets, we won't have any. A fun experience maybe.
We ended up giving it to a girl who was collecting a bunch of tickets in her hands. It will add up at least. I hope she exchanges nice toys because of it.
For the last minute before going home, we let Ryzen experience some of the arcade games.
We realized how happy he seemed. We can clearly see the pure joy on his face. The bright, sparkling eyes gleam with excitement. His cheeks with a wide, infectious smile that lights up his entire expression.
And who knows... because of it, he slowly learns social skills... like sharing and taking turns. And of course, a healthy emotional development by expressing himself through play.
This Sunday, we successfully achieved a fun family time.
By prioritizing it, we not only build lasting memories but also nurture the relationship. I also realized how important it is to celebrate the little moments, cherish the laughter, and embrace the love that makes our family unique.
And that's it. Thank you for spending your time with our family. ☺️
I hope you have a fun weekend too.
