It was a beautiful Sunday morning when we got prepared for our scheduled motorcycle ride.

Our destination? Bagasbas, Camarines Norte.

It was a 3-4 hr drive from our place. Almost 152.9 km based on the Google map.

A helmet, jacket, shades, and a mask are a must when riding a motorcycle. In that way, you'll be protected from accidents and the sun's rays.

As we started our ride on the open road, my heart raced in excitement. I appreciate the beauty of the world — the green fields, tall trees, and the endless sky above. It's just so intoxicating riding down the winding roads.

Of course, a stopover after a straight 3-hour ride is expected. Taking some snacks and resting our body before continuing our journey.

I was with my Dad, Mom, brother, and cousin.

As might be expected, taking a picture is mandatory. Plus the fact that we're too energized, so a jump shot would be nice.

After a few more minutes, we were almost on our way to the Bagasbas beach.

Bagasbas Beach is located in Daet, the capital municipality of Camarines Norte in the Philippines.

This beach is known for its long stretch of golden sand and clear blue waters, making it a picturesque destination.

This is also popular among surfers due to its consistent waves, especially during the months from November to April. Surfing enthusiasts often gather here to take advantage of the surf conditions.

As we arrived at the beach, the swirling ocean greeted us with foamy waves crashing against the shore.

Immediately, I stepped into the sea.

I can feel the cool sand beneath my feet. And the water embraced me, gently lapping at my ankles.

The sun glimmered on the waves like a thousand tiny diamonds.

As my brother takes a picture of me, my Dad immediately asks to snap a picture of him.

Of course, it was a request granted.

Suddenly, he started to dance and jump like a child. He struck a pose, arms outstretched as if he was welcoming the ocean to jump with him.

Of course, I want to capture that moment too with my Dad. So immediately I started jumping with him.

And who would know, a jump shot at the sea is one of my cherished memories.

It's so fun doing that shot. The water sparkled around us, and the joy of the moment was perfectly frozen in time.

Good thing my brother captured all the single moments. I will forever cherish this moment with my Dad.

After capturing those perfect shots, it's time to run down the shoreline and dove into the ocean.

We swam further out, floated on our backs, gazing up at the cotton candy clouds overhead, and sharing stories.

While my Mom, she didn't swim. She just stayed dry and enjoyed the rhythm of the waves, that like a soothing melody.

Every one of us discovered new depths of joy and camaraderie.

As the sun began to set, it was time to end this family adventure.

We promised to return to this magical place again, where the ocean met the sky and laughter echoed in the air.

Until our next journey. Buh-bye. 👋💗
