This bonding is very unexpected, since today we don't have a class because it's holiday, that's why we decided to go on a resort. Early in the morning we start travelling to the Torre Seaside Resort which located at San Fernando Cebu, Philippines. Me and my friends want to have a relaxing day even though studying college is so hard and busy, there's many schoolworks but still we should find ways to make ourselves calm and stay focused to the goal which is to graduate. We are always finding time to bond so that we could freshen' our minds and be happy to what we are experiencing right now.
Every time we will have a bond with my friends, I can get new learnings on our experience on that day. We are having fun and at the same time we have learnings graved into our hearts and minds. Having learnings to our experience is one of the most valuable moments we could have in our lives, why? it's because by learning to your experiences especially when you make mistakes, and you have learned from it. It has an impact to our lives; we can try again and do better and make it more meaningful.
We are very happy when we arrived in the Torre Seaside Resort because finally the plan that we planned a long time a ago finally came to life and bring colors. As a student, our attention or life is solely rotating in a week full of activities, projects, portfolios, drama plays, and the things we can always see in the classroom are pens, papers, books, school, faces of the classmates and also our house and family. But today is a little extra because we can see a swimming pool and a beach. Two sceneries in one resort, I was very happy to witness the view of this resort. There is no corkage fee, so you can bring your favorite snacks or foods, and it has a very convenient location also because it is along the highway in Sangat, San Fernando, Torre is easy to find and accessible.
The entrance of the swimming pool for adult is one hundred (100) pesos, for senior is eighty (80) pesos, and for four to twelve years old is eighty (80) pesos also. Again, for the food is there is no corkage but for the drinks it has corkage fee; 120 pesos per case and twenty (20) pesos. For their pool hours is open 8:00 am; close 8:00 pm.
This unexpected experience is one of the fascinating things that ever happened to my life, spending time with your friends is very amazing and it's also fascinating even though it's just a simple bonding with them because spending time with them makes me happy and calm. When we are in school, we always talk about our lessons and other projects but when we are outside of the school we talk about another topic.
I am very so proud to have them as my friends because they are always there for me, to ups and downs they were here to support me. My little and beautiful angels, helps me build my strong foundations and all of my experiences more meaningful. I was so happy to see the genuine smiles of my friends because all of us has different struggles and problems to face in our lives but still we don't find it as a hindrance to smile or to become successful.
That's why we are studying hard right now in college so that we could finish school and have a better work, if we have better work it could lead to have a better salary. So, for me it is very important to love your work or study the course of the position you want to become in the future. In order for you to reach the lifestyle you want; you have to be hard working so in the near future you will be successful.
Me and my friends wanted to have a good future for our family because we want to help our family to rise in poverty. I want my siblings to go to college also like me so that they can also have new learnings. Because I always believe that if a person stops on learning her or his life stops too. I want my family to have better life that we've been always wanted. But even though school and life are hard and not easy to go through success, we need also to become happy and trust the process. If we do mistakes that's okay because that's part of our journey here on earth and God is always there to guide and to help us.
