My husband is not the most detail-oriented, it's true, hehe, but he still surprises me 😉. This past weekend, we went to eat at a new restaurant that specializes in roast chicken 🐔, that doesn't mean they don't prepare other dishes. This outing is still part of the celebration for my last 41st birthday, so it will be for the whole month, hehe, so good 🤭.
The place was bursting with people 🙃, we didn't count on that, thank goodness my husband kept his composure because it was a special occasion and was patient, on the other hand my daughter was intense 😑, but she started playing with her paper squichy that she makes herself to relax, hehe.
We sat at a table that was already occupied by a mother and her little son, however they didn't object. Fortunately, the tables and seats were quite large and we fit in perfectly.
They served us immediately, excited by the recommendation of this new place, and to share a different night with the family, we expected to eat different dishes, however, many of the orders were not available, or it could take an hour and a half to bring them, so it was not what was expected.
In order not to add fuel to the fire, and to enjoy the family night without complaints, we ordered 1/2 roast chicken for my husband and me, it is the specialty of the house 🏠 and for my daughter Dariana a mini hamburger 🍔 with meat, because there were no large ones either. As it is a food business that already has several branches in Maracaibo, a city with many peculiarities in food and drinks, we ordered papelón juice with lemon to accompany it, it is refreshing and delicious. It didn't take long for the chicken to be brought, perhaps because it's the most requested and they're constantly making it, it was equally fast with the burger. The fact is that everything looked delicious, and tasted just as good.
Maybe some could say that there were not enough sides to accompany the chicken, but for me it was fine, plus the roast had a different touch, they also put a spicy sauce and another prepared vinegar sauce on the table, with a delicious flavor, I loved everything. My husband ended up eating his food and part of mine so he could fill up, hehe, but he loved it.
The place is nice, it has a park for the little ones, it is a little noisy in that sense, but it didn't bother me that much, plus I had to take advantage and enjoy that outing with my family, you don't see it every day, hehe 🤭.
Going out with my family on a night like this, just for us, in a different place, is priceless. We usually order to eat at home 🏠 and my husband surprised me with this invitation. Despite the setbacks, it was perfect for me, I hope there will be more this month, and my husband will get into the habit of inviting us out from time to time, hehe.

Mi esposo no es el más detallista, es cierto, Jejeje, aún así me sorprende 😉. Éste fin de semana pasado, fuimos a comer a un nuevo restaurante que tienen como especialidad el pollo 🐔 asado, eso no quiere decir que no preparen otros platos. Ésta salida sigue siendo parte de la celebración por mi pasado cumpleaños 41, así será por todo el mes, jejeje, más bueno 🤭.
El lugar estaba a reventar de personas 🙃, no contábamos con eso, menos mal que mi esposo mantuvo la compostura por ser una ocasión especial y fue paciente, por otro lado mi hija estaba intensa 😑, pero se puso a jugar con sus squichy de papel que ella misma hace para relajarse, Jejeje.
Nos sentamos en una mesa que ya estaba ocupada con una mamá y su pequeño hijo, sin embargo no pusieron objeción alguna. Por fortuna las mesas y sus asientos eran bastante grandes y entramos perfectamente.
Inmediatamente nos atienden, emocionados por la recomendación de ese lugar nuevo, y compartir una noche diferente con la familia, esperabamos comer diferentes platos, sin embargo no estaban disponibles muchos de los pedidos, o podrían tardar una hora 1/2 en traerlos, asi que no era lo esperado.
Para no echarle leña al fuego, y disfrutar la noche familiar sin quejas, pedimos 1/2 pollo asado para mi esposo y para mi, es la especialidad de la casa 🏠 y para mi hija Dariana una mini hamburguesa 🍔 de carne, porque grandes no habían tampoco. Cómo es un negocio de comida que ya viene con varias sucursales en Maracaibo, una ciudad con muchas particularidades en comidas y bebidas, pedimos jugo de papelón con limón para acompañar, es refrescante y delicioso. En la espera muchas fotos 📷.
No fue mucho el tiempo que pasó para que trajeran el pollo, quizás porque es lo más solicitado y están constantemente haciendo, igualmente fue rápido con la hamburguesa. El caso es que todo se veía delicioso, y sabía igual de bueno.
Quizás algunos pudiesen decir, que faltaron más contornos para acompañar el pollo, pero para mí estaba bien, además tenía un toque diferente el asado, colocan también en la mesa una salsa picante y otra de vinagre preparada, con un sabor delicioso, me encantó todo. Mi esposo terminó comiendose su comida y parte de la mía para poder llenarse, Jejeje, pero le fascinó.
El lugar es bonito, tiene un parque para los más pequeños, es un poco ruidoso en ese sentido, pero a mí no me molestó tanto, además tenía que aprovechar y disfrutar esa salida con mi familia, no se ve todos los días, Jejeje 🤭.
Salir con mi familia en una noche así, solo para nosotros, en un lugar diferente, no tiene precio. Por lo general pedimos para comer en casa 🏠 y mi esposo me sorprendió con ésta invitación. A pesar de los contratiempos para mí fue perfecto, ojalá y haya más por éste mes, y le quede a mi esposo la costumbre de invitarnos a salir de vez en cuando, Jejeje.
