Having a birthday is a gift from heaven, but having a birthday with joy, happiness and zest for life is the best thing that can happen to us in life. In this case I am referring to my dear friend and Doctor Gertrudis, she is a blessing in our lives and for us to meet and celebrate with her on this day is a privilege.
She is a great human being full of kindness and affection in spite of having serious family problems, she never loses her smile, it is as if she has it written on her face (worthy of admiration).
