Espero que estén muy bien✨. Yo estoy feliz porque me salió este hermoso recuerdo familiar que me puso el corazón chiquito y quería compartirlo con ustedes.
Estas fotos son de Octubre de 2022, ya tienen casi dos años y yo no puedo creer lo rápido que ha pasado el tiempo desde que esta parte de mi familia (materna) volvió a nuestra vida para quedarse y mantener este lazo tan bonito que habíamos perdido.

I hope you are doing well✨. I am happy because I got this beautiful family memory that made my heart go pitter-patter and I wanted to share it with you.
These pictures are from October 2022. They are almost two years old, and I can't believe how fast time has passed since this part of my (maternal) family came back into our lives to stay and keep this beautiful bond that we had lost.
El día 16/10/2022, estábamos mi familia y yo como cualquier otro día y de repente llegó un carro a pitar al frente de nuestra casa, cuando vimos eran mi tía Milena (hermana de mi mamá), mi tío Carlos (su esposo) y mi madrina Rosmila (su hija, a quien he mencionado un par de veces por acá, la amo). No lo podíamos creer, pues teníamos muchos años, como unos 5 años sin vernos y fue una sorpresa total.
Nos habían dicho que querían venir el día anterior, porque era 15 de Octubre, el cumpleaños de mi hermano, pero lamentablemente no pudieron venir por problemas, pero ahí estaban para celebrar con nosotros y ponernos un poco al día.
On 10/16/2022, my family and I were just like any other day, and suddenly a car came honking in front of our house, when we saw it was my aunt Milena (my mom's sister), my uncle Carlos (her husband) and my godmother Rosmila (her daughter, who I have mentioned a couple of times here, I love her). We couldn't believe it, because we hadn't seen each other for many years, about 5 years, and it was a total surprise.
They had told us they wanted to come the day before because it was my brother's birthday, October 15. Unfortunately, they couldn't come because of problems, but they were there to celebrate with us and catch up a bit.

Mi mamá, quien tiene demencia, los reconoció de inmediato y estaba muy contenta con la visita, eso nos conmovió a todos, especialmente a su hermana del alma, mi tía Milena.
Nos sentamos a hablar durante toda la tarde, a contarnos nuestras cosas e intentar planear más reuniones con mis otros primos a quienes tampoco habíamos visto.
My mom, who has dementia, recognized them immediately and was very happy with the visit, that touched all of us, especially her soul sister, my aunt Milena.
We sat and talked all afternoon, telling each other our stories and trying to plan more reunions with my other cousins whom we had not seen either.
Luego mi madrina me llevó, junto con mio tía Milena, por unos helados para traer a la casa y estaban deliciosos, me sentí como una niña pequeña a la que le brindan un antojito jaja, fue muy lindo, además, amo la compañía femenina, hablar con mi tía y mi madrina fue algo gratificante para mí, siempre amaré la energía femenina.
Then my godmother took me, along with my aunt Milena, to get some ice cream to bring home and it was delicious, I felt like a little girl being given a treat haha, it was very nice, besides, I love female company, talking with my aunt and my godmother was something rewarding for me, I will always love the feminine energy.

Después volvimos a casa y estaban los hombres jugando al truco y tomando, qué les puedo decir, era algo tarde por la noche, así que ya era hora de que mis tíos volvieran a casa, nos despedimos y desde ese día hemos estado en contacto nuevamente, mi madrina siempre que puede incluirnos en un plan lo hace sin pensarlo y amamos estar con ellos.
Amo a mi familia y amo este tipo de momentos, me encanta que me haya salido este recuerdo ahora💗.
Afterward, we went back home, and the men were playing truco and drinking. What can I tell you? It was kind of late at night, so it was time for my uncles to go home. We said goodbye, and since that day, we have been in touch again. My godmother does it without thinking whenever she can include us in a plan, and we love being with them.
I love my family and I love this kind of moment, I love that I have this memory now💗.
