"Blood makes us relatives, but faith makes us family."
Not all families pray together nor serve God together. But when they do, something powerful happens. A family that prays together is powerful. But a family that serves together is unstoppable. I can say that God gifted me a family who will become my team in ministry and in doing God's purpose.
I believe that a family in both blood and faith can mean that you're not just only a family in blood but also in purpose. It could mean the whole world knowing that I found my purpose in this world together with my loved ones. Serving God and doing his will becomes the foundation of our happiness. It also strengthens our bond as a family.

Was it boring?
When I was just a child, my parents often bring me together with my siblings to the field to preach the GOOD NEWS. And honestly, I found it boring at that time because all I had in mind was to play. I often murmur about why we keep doing this routine when in fact we can just stay at home and pray.
Growing up with the same routine, I gradually realized it's not boring at all. It helps me to associate myself with fellow believers and talk to other people from other religions about the message that comes from God.

It's as if, it becomes a cherished routine in our family. It's not boring when you know that you're doing this for a greater purpose not just for yourself but for others as well.

I believe that faith is personal, but when shared, it becomes even more powerful. Our family found that serving God together strengthened our bond in ways that become stronger day by day. Through service, we learned humility, compassion, and the joy of giving. We found that the best way to grow closer as a family was to grow closer to God. Worship became our way of life, a commitment to walk in faith together every single day.
But like any journey, ours was not without challenges. There were moments of disagreement, times when our faith was tested, and seasons of hardship where it felt easier to walk away than to stay strong.

There were financial struggles, personal doubts, and external pressures that tried to pull us apart. But through it all, we held onto God’s promises. We reminded each other of His faithfulness, and we chose to believe that He was working even when we couldn’t see it.

Now, however, these three remain: faith, hope, love; but the greatest of these is love." - 1 Corinthians 13:13
Each trial refined us. Each hardship strengthened our trust in Him. And each time we overcame, our faith grew deeper, not just as individuals, but as a family. It has shaped our decisions, our priorities, and the way we see the world. Our relationships are stronger, our love is deeper, and our purpose is clearer.
But perhaps the greatest blessing is seeing how our faith has inspired others. Friends, relatives, and even strangers have seen it all and have asked, “What is different about your family?” And our answer is simple: It’s God. It’s the power of faith, the beauty of serving together, and the peace that comes from knowing we are walking in His will.
A family that chooses faith chooses unity. Because when you choose God, you will learn to live by his standard.

That was all for this blog. I hope I have inspired you. And always remember that when love and faith unite, no storm can break what God has built. Once again this is me, @rufajane. Thank you and take care always 💚
