In my previous blog in this series, I discussed about the importance of being available and how you can become more available to your family, friends and love-ones in order to help you find peace and happiness in life. Today, I am interested in exposing the benefits of having a good conversation to reassure you that conversations are effective to helping you find peace, love and happiness in life.
Living in isolation could be the worse punishment that comes to mind at some point in life, and for some people, they just can't cope without friends and loveones always around. One big family is not a family with large numbers alone, but more importantly, a family were love and happiness exists frequently.
I recently discovered most argument we often have with a friend or loveone can be resolved through a conversation and our union could last longer than what we expect. Because conversations helps us understand others more than we thought we did without it.
Conversation unlike mare communication is a mutual engagement. The effect eventually is not skwed to one end. This is why this tool is so powerful to our happiness on daily basis.
As we all know, Family and friends is so important in our search for happiness in life. And without it, life is scary and unpleasant in isolation.
Friendship can last for a lifetime if conversation remains lively and interesting between and among friends.
Whether your kids, spouse or friends, when you often engaged in sufficient conversation, you eventually grow fonder with eachother such that, it becomes pretty easy to know and appreciate their personalities and have a stronger bond.
Being available in your relationships could not be noticed if your conversation skills are found wanting. Your physical presence may not be enough to sustain that relationship if you don't know your way around your expressions to others. Regardless of your temperament or personality, you cannot do without conversation. Hence you should improve on them to find peace and happiness in your relationships. Here is what you need to know:
Strength of relationships
Without doubt having a good conversation puts lots of effort to make your relationships lasting.
For some folks, chating or texting is a very important way of expressing their deep feelings. Give room to this helps you strengthen your relationship beyond what u imagined.
** Comfort**
Frequent conversations brings comfort into a relationship. Do you have a friend you would always confined in? What are your reasons for choosing them for your deep secrets?
Most kids and teens want to talk at all times, they are motivated by their feelings, environment and observations to express their thoughts and emotions frequently.. however, the biggest motivation comes when they see a greenlight in you. They will always be ready to talk if you always make room for conversation.
What you must know
Conversation goes beyond talking and listening. It has alot to do with expressions of feelings and understanding the feelings of others while they express themselves. It has alot to do with emotional connections hence you need alot of patience and empathetic mindset along the way.
