Hoy les vengo a relatar el encuentro que tuve con mi padre, después de meses sin verlo ya que el vive en otro estado del país y por la pandemia y ocupaciones de ambos no habíamos podido coincidir hasta hoy. Mi papá es músico de toda su vida, ejecutante de varios instrumentos de música clásica como el violín, la viola y la mandolina.
We coordinated to meet at a liquor store that is close to where I live, here in the city of Guatire and we spent the whole time talking about music, art, literature, culture and cinema, also going through topics such as the situation in the country, events at a global level. and sport. The advantage of having artist parents, my mother is also a designer, is that you can start any type of conversation and always coincide from basic praise to the deepest topic.
Coordinamos para encontrarnos en una licorería que queda cerca de donde resido, aquí en la ciudad de Guatire y estuvimos todo el rato hablando música, arte, literatura, cultura y Cine, pasando también por temas como la situación del país, los acontecimientos a nivel global y el deporte. La ventaja de tener a padres artistas, también mi mamá es diseñadora, es que puedes entablar cualquier tipo de conversación y siempre coincidír desde loas básico hasta el tema más profundo.
Being the premiere of an audiovisual music project, more specifically a video clip for a rapper, sharing would open a window to talk about that video and the influences it had had for said realization. Al estar de estreno un proyecto audiovisual de música, más concreto un videoclip para un rapero, el compartir habrío una ventana para hablar sobre ese vídeo y las influencias que había tenido para dicha realización. Pudo captar una serie de películas y lecturas de cineastas en activo que logré conjugar en un producto final, por el cuál me felicitó y deseo mucho éxito en los próximos proyectos. Concluyendo nuestra tarde, me llevo al lugar donde haría un live y se retiró a su casa.
