This time I want to talk about coffee and that rich aroma that coffee spreads when it is brewing, it is something that hypnotizes more than one, it is true, friend, there is nothing better than going to sleep at night with a pleasant sleep and being awakened by the aroma of coffee that your mom, your dad or your grandmother are brewing to taste it and for many people drinking a cup of good coffee in the morning has become a habit, so much so that if they do not do it they spend the day with a horrible bad mood.
For those who do not know it, coffee is a seed that is produced by the coffee plant and many people consume it worldwide, since it works as a stimulant due to the high degree of caffeine it contains.
In my native country Venezuela they consume it a lot, both in the mornings when they wake up and at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon to have a snack, they also usually distribute a lot of coffee when they are in the wake of a deceased person, because as I mentioned because of its high caffeine content it keeps people active and many people feel sleepy, and that heaviness in the body.
When I was a child in my mother's house we used to meet every morning with my father, mother, my brothers and some guest to have a nice cup of coffee and talk about some topic of interest, yes, when they are brewing it depends on the coffee you buy its aromas are crazy, because it can smell like caramel, toast, citrus fruits, there are hundreds of aromatic smells that coffee can produce when brewing it.
Undoubtedly, coffee and its aroma is scientifically recognized as a stimulant to feel better cognitively speaking, producing positive changes at the time of solving a problem, whether family, work, among others, optimizing the capacity of analysis and attention to face them in the best way.
If you put us to analyze when coffee time comes at home, it is such a beautiful sharing because it simply unites the family, although it is a short moment can be half an hour or a little more, but it is a moment where in the family, at work in meetings with friends, there in that moment tensions are released, positive thoughts flow, Many times they are nostalgic moments because they bring back memories of family members that are no longer on this earthly plane, that is to say, they are such intimate moments of remembering good and bad moments, that is the magic of coffee that with its smells, with its aroma transforms families, reunites friendships and even says goodbye to that loved one.
Coffee is produced in many regions worldwide and each one has its particularity, everything depends on the way it is cultivated and then how it is processed, but I assure you that worldwide there is a very rich coffee, I do not want to name any one in particular, because all of them have their secret and in some home in the world it will be liked.
Therefore, when we talk about coffee and its aroma, it is synonymous of brotherhood, of family union, of seeing again that loved one, of laughing, of crying, of expressing what we feel, what we think, inhaling its aroma is like sweetening the heart, it cheers and purifies our spirit, it is to start our morning getting up with the right foot to face our work in the best possible way, always with a positive mind, soul and heart.
That is why I invite you to enjoy every morning that delicious cup of coffee and release tensions early to have that beautiful day that we all want to have every time God allows us to get up.

En esta oportunidad quiero hablar sobre el café y ese rico aroma que esparce el café cuando lo están colando, es algo hipnotiza a más de uno, es verdad, amigo, no hay nada más rico que acostarse a dormir por las noches con un placentero sueño y que te despierte el aroma del café que tu mamá, tu papá o tu abuela están colando para degustarlo y es que para muchos el tomar una taza de un buen café por la mañana se les hizo un hábito, tanto así que si no lo hacen pasan el día con un mal humor horrible.
Para los que no lo conocen, el café es una semilla que es producida por la planta de nombre cafeto y muchas personas las consumen a nivel mundial, ya que funge como un estimulante por el alto grado de cafeína que contiene.
En mi país natal Venezuela lo consumen muchísimo, tanto en las mañanas al despertar, como a eso de las 3 de la tarde para merendar, también suelen repartir mucho café cuando están en los actos velatorios de algún difunto, porque como les mencione por su alto contenido de cafeína mantiene a las personas activas y a muchos les quita el sueño, y esa pesadez en el cuerpo.
De niño en casa de mama solíamos reunirnos todas las mañanas papa, mama, mis hermanos y algún invitado para tomar una rica taza de café y platicar sobre algún tema de interés, eso sí, cuando lo están colando depende del café que compre sus aromas son una cosa de loco, ya que puede oler a caramelo, tostados, a frutas cítricas, son cientos de olores aromáticos que puede producir el café a la hora de colarlo.
Sin duda alguna el café y su aroma es reconocido científicamente como un estimulante para sentirte mejor cognitivamente hablando, produciendo cambios positivos a la hora de resolver un problema, ya sea familiar, laboral, entre otros, optimizando esa capacidad de análisis y de atención para afrontarlos de la mejor manera.
Si nos pones a analizar cuando llega la hora del café en casa, es un compartir tan hermoso porque sencillamente une a la familia, aunque es un momento corto puede ser media hora o un poco más, pero es un momento en donde en la familia, en el trabajo en las reuniones con amigos, allí en ese momento se liberan tensiones, fluyen los pensamientos positivos, muchas veces son momentos nostálgicos porque se le vienen a muchos algunos recuerdos de familiares que ya no están en este plano terrenal, es decir, son momentos tan íntimos de recordar buenos y malos momentos, esa es la magia del café que con sus olores, con su aroma transforman familias, realiza reencuentros de amistades y hasta despide a ese ser querido.
El café es producido en muchas regiones a nivel mundial y cada uno tiene su particularidad, todo depende de la manera como lo cultivan y luego como lo procesan, pero le aseguro que a nivel mundial hay que café muy rico, no quiero nombrar a alguno en particular, porque todos tienen su secreto y en algún hogar del mundo va a gustar.
Por eso, cuando hablamos de café y de su aroma, es sinónimo de hermandad, de unión familiar, de volver a ver a ese ser querido, de reír, de llorar, de expresar lo que sentido, lo que pensamos, el inhalar su aroma es como endulzar el corazón, alegra y purificar nuestro espíritu, es comenzar nuestra mañana levantándonos con el pie derecho para afrontar nuestras labores de la mejor manera posible, siempre con mente, alma y corazón en positivo.
Por eso te invito a degustar cada mañana esa rica taza de café y liberar tensiones tempranito para tener ese hermoso día que todos queremos tener cada vez que Dios nos permite levantarnos.

En lo personal no soy fan de café, pero en ocasiones suelo aceptar una taza solo por el hecho de compartir con un ser querido o una persona especial, un café que no es compartido pierde su esencia.
