Hoy, mis estimados amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, quiero compartir con todos ustedes, un día muy genial compartiendo con nuestras amigas y vecinas del edificio donde vivimos, y esto se ha vuelto, reuniones muy seguidas, para compartir, hablar de diversos temas y también el de comer.
Ya hemos hecho varias cositas, pero la verdad es que no las había documentado, en esta oportunidad, planificamos para hacer empanadas de caraotas con queso y tajadas, una cosa muy rica, una cosa es que las muchas prestan el apartamento para reunirnos, es un poco más cómodo para cocinar y hablar.
Mi cuñado @eliudgnzlz y yo nos encargamos de cocinar las cosas, y bueno, mientras íbamos preparando las empanadas, vamos contando nuestras experiencias y anécdotas de la vida y también temas de hive, porque las muchas @ariwang y @antonellacol están comenzando en este mundo tan bonito de hive y también van conversando con mi esposa @eliigonzalez.
Pero en varias ocasiones siempre hablamos de las novelas coreanas y series muy interesantes que hemos estado viendo, pero bueno, allí va creciendo poco a poco nuestra amistad, gracias también como lo dije en otro post, gracias a nuestras mascotas nos conocimos je, je, je.
Aunque mientras nosotros vamos cocinando las chicas siempre están hablando de cosas de belleza, de skyn care entre otras cosas, pero en general la pasamos muy chévere juntos.
Las empanadas y la salsa estaba muy buena, es una receta que nos dejaron por allí para comerla siempre.
