Hi Hivers!
Sharing life experiences with people will make us gain more experiences even though sometimes we are not experiencing the same thing, but someone's story will be a reflection for us to see.
This time I will share my experience of being an educator or what could be called a teacher for children in a community. This community was formed based on the desire of me and several other friends to improve the quality of the young generation and help people get a decent life.
Become an educator:
Becoming an educator means that we are ready to become someone who is patient and resilient. We must have a strong mentality and great patience in dealing with the various characters of the children we educate.
As educators we are required to be able to correct the negative things that students have, we also have to be able to provide good examples to be role models for them, so that we don't need to educate them hard because they will learn and understand for themselves what they are learning. Look.
Things that must be taught:
As teachers, there are several things we teach children. Starting from courtesy or ethics, hard work, cooperation, responsibility, discipline, respect and loyalty to others. The most important thing to improve the younger generation is to improve their character, so that they are able to understand and differentiate between positive and negative.
We also need to teach them basic sciences so that they do not make mistakes in translating the true meaning of life. As people who believe in God, we teach the most basic things in religion so that they become religious individuals and understand the meaning of tolerance between people.
Become a good friend:
In educating children, we don't need to act like a military man, we don't need to shout or have a firm attitude. We should try to be their friends, so that they are free and brave to express themselves and show their talents. We must be able to be friends who study, play and laugh with them. Because if we educate them in a harsh way, of course they will feel pressured and even mentally disturbed.
Apart from that, children must also be taught to obey the laws of the state. So we ask the local police and military members to provide education to children so that they can become a generation that obeys state laws and becomes a generation that loves its own homeland.
Apart from that, this education aims to prevent people from being trapped in old-fashioned thinking and thinking that the police are something to be afraid of, the police are cruel people, and so on. With various kinds of education, the public and young generation will find it easier to understand and accept the truth.
Many people might consider things like this trivial. In fact, this will be the basic thing for the younger generation so that they can explore higher levels well because they are already equipped with basic knowledge.
They will grow as good, polite and responsible individuals. So that we are able to create quality and synergistic human resources. Children are the heritage of a country, so we must care for and look after them well so that in the future they will be able to control their country wisely.
I think this is a little of my experience as an educator in an educational and humanitarian community. Hopefully this is useful, and if you have a similar experience, please share and I will be happy to see it.
Best wishes!
