Tuve una tarde increíble en el parque Ana Maria Campos donde se ubica nuestro club LEVELING UP CALISTHENICS.
Entrenamientos, charlas y una caminata por el parque me recargaron las energías.
A veces, en medio de la rutina, olvidamos detenernos a disfrutar de los pequeños detalles.
El domingo fue un recordatorio de que los momentos simples pueden ser los más valiosos.

I wanted to share with you a little bit of what I experienced last Sunday.
I had an amazing afternoon at Ana Maria Campos Park, where our LEVELING UP CALISTHENICS club is located.
Workouts, conversations and a walk in the park recharged my energy.
Sometimes, in the midst of routine, we forget to stop and enjoy the little things.
Sunday was a reminder that the simple moments can be the most precious.
