There are a lot of things the devil keeps bombarding our minds with; but, these things are not real, they are only figments of satanic imagination. They are all rooted in the father of lies, that is the devil. Lying is very natural for him. He doesn’t just lie; he lies because he is a liar. He exists with a lot of non existent things which he circulates all over the place. No matter how eager you are in obeying any particular instruction the Lord has given you; if you allow the devil, he has another side to that same instruction. It was this “allowance” that Eve gave to the serpent in the garden of Eden, that earned mankind a fall. Suffice you to know that you are not who men say you are, you are who God says in His Word that you are, and you have what He says in His Word that you have. With God; there is no variableness neither any shadow of turning.
There are things the devil brings to your focus that comes to antagonize the Word of God which you have received. He pounds your heart with such things in a bid to make you lose grip of the Word of God. It takes those who have deep insight into the awful style of the enemy, to know that there are no such things as the devil wants you to believe. They simply doesn’t exist. The enemy has only brought them to invoke fear in your heart; knowing fully well that fear and faith cannot co-habit. It’s all the fear he works up to upset the faith you have in God take root in your life and grow; you will prevail by the Word, no matter what the enemy brings.
You need to learn to catch on the faithfulness of God to know that there is no such thing as the enemy is chanting concerning your life and all of yours. The devil is never clueless; he has one thing or the other to say concerning any move you set out to make in life. He waits to know where you are heading, he waits to ascertain your expectations of God and he comes with a contrary opinion. He goes into your past, works around your present situation to evolve evidences that negate your expected results. The devil is a liar, no matter what he has to say. Stay hooked unto God’s Word; knowing that there are no such things as that which devil is saying. What he is saying about your job, your business, marriage and children are all lies. The counsel of God alone is what stands.
