Just the same way we have different seasons in life and diverse kinds of purposes that get accomplished, according to the timing divinely earmarked for them; so changes occur. There is nothing as constant as change. If you seek to resist change in life, you are opting for stagnation. God remains the unchanging Changer. He said – >>“I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed” Malachi 3:6.
The change that brings increase is that effected by the God Who does not change. Many are afraid to give in to change, because of fear of the unknown; but, if it is God bringing forth the change, it will work for your promotion. His Word declares – “I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” Jeremiah 29:11. When you let go of your fears and you let God have His way, you shall no miss the mark of accomplishment.

There are many today who eagerly long for a positive change in their lives, meanwhile they have refused to change. They have held on to some attitudes and habits in life that have held them bound retrogressively in life. If you seek for change; then, get set to effect some changes in your life, because nothing changes if nothing has changed. If you choose to keep doing something in a particular way; then, you will be positioning yourself for the same kind of result.
