Men of God also go through these bad times where many times they have felt faint because of the adversities they have had to face and David was one of them
In this psalm David describes an emotional exhaustion in his life due to sin. However, he asks God to help him and have mercy on him.
Psalm 31: 9-10
Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes, my soul and my entrails are consumed with suffering. For my life is spent in sadness, and my years in sighs; my strength is exhausted because of my iniquity, and my body is consumed.
(RVR1960)
David slides his theme towards a plea to be freed from the anguish and persecution that seem to follow the just because really today because of iniquity many are out of breath and exhausted and that's how David felt when he realized that his body was consumed by the sadness the suffering and the adversities that surrounded them.
Emotional exhaustion is a state that is reached by overload of effort. In this case we are not only talking about work excesses, but about carrying the responsibility of assuming conflicts, responsibilities or emotional or cognitive stimuli. Emotional exhaustion does not come from one moment to the next.

Sometimes we reach this point in our lives and without realizing it, little by little we are slipping until we reach extreme fear
We wonder how we got there, how to take preventive measures to avoid it? What did we need to think before falling into this trap? If we don't stop, we can fall into emotional exhaustion that robs us of our strength and those negative emotions take over our entire being.
We need to live a life in balance with the hand of God in order to bear our burdens and our emotions
You must live with balance, you need to live in peace and regain the peace of living with those who are by your side
Isaiah 40: 28-29
"Don't you know? Did not you hear it?
The everlasting God, the Lord, the creator of the ends of the earth
It does not fatigue or tire.
His understanding is inscrutable.
He gives strength to the tired,
And to those who have no strength, vigor increases "
(RVR1960).
Our Lord never fails and his will is immovable. He will not let us fall out of fear or anguish, he has promised and will fulfill it, so we must put our wear and tear in his hands and place it under the conviction that our God is greater than the sum of all our problems....
